    It was a clean hotel close to the airport, but the only problem is is there’s nobody that staffed the hotel so you rely on a hotel that is next to the property and the guy is very grumpy about having to deal with this Hotel and the lack of staff there

    The receptionist in the actual hotel is very nice but we have to check in in another hotel which is next to it. We arrived late in the evening. The person during check in very rude, first ask to pay for room. Then when I told him it's already paid, ask me to pay tax. The actual hotel is ok, reception which works only in the morning hours is very nice. But another hotel through which we have to check in is rude and not helpful. I never experienced that behaviour previously. The receptionist told me that if I won't pay tax I have to sleep on the street. There no information in my booking that I have to pay anything extra therefore I ask them why do I have to pay anything if it's fully paid. Good value for money but next time try to stay somewhere else.
