Overall it was a pleasant stay

Location was very good. Close by to everything we wanted to do and the hotel came with free parking. There is a small shopping mall next to it so that was great. Friendly and helpful staff!

The interior decoration of the room is too simple for the price. The hotel building is an office building converted into a hotel. So the room looks like an old office.

Convenient place to stay while exploring Aarhus

Easy to get to, free parking, grocery store and dine out options near by. Very quiet despite being on a major road. Easy to get to the city centre or outer areas of Aaurhus to explore. Appreciated the family room option with extra beds.

Wish there was a little kettle for making a cup of tea or coffee in the morning and a small bar fridge to store a few things in.

Very spacious for a family of 4. Not that easy sometime to find a hotel room with 4 beds in Europe.

No fridge so we couldn’t really keep anything cooled at night. But we stayed that for just one night so it’s no big deal.

Check in was easy and rooms were very clean.

We got a bit nervous when we saw the building from the outside. It’s a bit old fashioned and doesn’t look cozy at all. However, when inside the place is quite nice.

Very helpful ppl with extra dose of empathy. Clean and cozy atmosphere. Very good the spot with the coffee machine available 24/7. In general I am leaving with very good memories. 🙂

If I have to change something this would be the car parking policy and how the info reached out the customer. However staff is extremely kind and more than happy to solve any questions about it. 🙂

Superb

The checking was fast, the receptionist was helpful. Easy to submit the parking request in their application. Overall it was an ok room.

Shower floor was crooked and looked unclean. The room was very very cold. While I do admit the radiators were off and after turning them on they were hot in around 30 minutes, the room did not heat enough until we left, the next day. The third bed(as we booked a triple room) was just a mattress on the floor. At least it was easy to move right next to the radiator , so at least the child did not freeze.

Very good

Last year I travelled by car and enjoyed the free parking, and this year I took public transport from Billund airport and it worked well. Many public transport connections from Viby Torv (it's best to use rejseplanen.dk to check connections), supermarket and dining possibilites around (mainly fast food but also a couple of restaurants), self check-in and receipt/invoice via email with no hustle.

Beds could be a bit bigger (in twin room) and more firm, but I slept well. If you travel by car remember that although Parking is Free for the lenght of your stay - you need to register your car in the parking slot at the reception of the hotel when you arrive. Very often there isn't anyone at the reception to remind you to do that and the self check-in process doesn't include a reminder for registering your car. You just have to remember to do that.
