Quick, sweet, and stylish.

The check-in staff were great — navigating us around aChristmas party so we could easily get to our room. And, despite the high volume in the lobby, we couldn’t hear a thing in our room. #goals

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was fine, most of the staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent.

I couldn’t sleep the night before my wedding because the room temperature climbed to almost 24°C. The staff offered a complimentary breakfast (had to push for some compensation) and a fan, which was fair enough since there wasn’t much they could do at 1 a.m. Keeping the fan running constantly helped bring the temperature down a bit. The next day, when I asked again for help fixing the issue, I was told, rather dismissively, that “this isn’t AC.” If it’s only ventilation, shouldn’t it still be capable of circulating hot air out? The comment felt unnecessary and unhelpful, especially since other rooms had no such problems (I rented 4, the other three were excellent)

A Good Hotel at a prime location of Aarhus

The location was too good. The staff was extremely nice and efficient.

The very dark and annoying colours used in the room and everywhere in the Hotel - dark red, black etc. When they renovate the Hotel, this aspect may be considered. Second, the entry with the lift is from the other side, which is a bit confusing while you reach there for the first time.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing positive staff, a bit pricy, but it's definitely worth a try!

We've enjoyed our stay in a very comfy bed and the fact that our room was soundproof so no one could hear us. Next awesome thing was shower, very spaceful and we could both fit in it easily, and we also must appreciate the service we've paid for, which was about decorating our room in a romantic fashion and a gift for my partner. The location of the hotel is also very good, it's very close to the train station (5-10 minutes), and the city centre is right next to it, with a grocery store right under the hotel. We've really enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to visit this place yet again :)

The room was spacious and clean, The bed was comfy and the bathroom was great.

The lack of natural light. The room was looking down at the lounge and reception, which felt very public and like my privacy was invaded, so it forced us to pull the curtains constantly. That made the morning still dark though.
