They have a piano available to anyone in the lobby. There is a convenient parking under the hotel. The location is good. The breakfast is good enough.

Excellent Location and Service – But difficult parking situation for Motorcyclists

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Aarhus and offers excellent service—highly recommended in that regard.

Important note for motorcyclists: The hotel does not have its own parking. There is a public parking garage in the same building, but it is not suitable for motorcycles. The entrance ramp is steep, and the ticket machine often doesn't detect motorcycles. Once you're at the barrier, it's nearly impossible to turn around—especially if a car is behind you. Despite several calls to the parking staff, I was unable to obtain a ticket. A better option is the alternative parking lot directly visible across from the reception. It has no entrance barrier, and payment is made at a central ticket machine—far more motorcycle-friendly. I asked the hotel staff not to direct motorcyclists to the underground garage in the future.

Aarhus center

Super well located, close to the main attractions, as well as to supermarkets and train/bus stations. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable (also the extra bed).

Because the hotel is so well located in the city center, it was quite noisy on the weekend nights. We got the feeling that the windows could be better prepared for the noise or maybe they were just not properly closed.

WORST STAY EVER FROM A FAMILY WHO TRAVELS A LOT AND RARELY COMPLIANS

1. Very RUDE Breakfast staff. When asked for things, items that were finished with still an hour to go for breakfast had to knock on their room where the staff was chatting, and instead of taking it nicely, accuses to trying to sneak food. Arrogant staff and never experienced something like this. 2. Bedroom small and kids beds very uncomfortable 3. Parking is not free, and there is no parking at all in the area except underneath the hotel, which is very expensive and not at least discounted to residents 4. Cleaning for our room was not done daily, and we had to ask for it to be done. 5. Not family and kids friendly 6. We were not informed that discounted price on certain attractions at the hotel since written in danish. That said reception staff was helpful when asked, but it was too late as we had already been to certain attractions.

An average Scandic.

Central location. Good breakfast, excellent lounge with a lovely bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will likely visit the city and stay at this hotel some time in the near future.

An old building. The bathroom is small and has no ventilation or air extraction meaning that it gets really humid really quick. Strange! The towels were not of the greatest quality to say the least.

Location is good. Easy to come around and especially for sightseeing purposes. Wi-Fi

Room was everything else than in photos. Room was like from 90’s. Really poor soundproofing, slide bathroom door with 4cm caps. No room for clothes. Gym.. that is really bad joke! Breakfast, no normal bacon, and eggs, you couldn’t see how many minutes eggs there were.

A centrally located, chic hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, with the main shopping street just 50 yards away. The room was big and the beds were so very comfy. In addition, the room was very dark at night. We had so much to choose from for breakfast and the reception and bar areas are stunning. I can definitely recommend!

Ok, but expensive consider what you get

Breakfast was very nice and good quality. Location is perfect if you want to stay in complet centrum of Aarhus. The rooms is quiet and you don't here the other guests.

The ekstra bed for the kids hurts to sleep at, even for the kids. Its too poor quality. The family rooms are very small and its not family friendly. Kids facility is just a big room with no activities. Staff doesn't say hello in the mornings and smile is not their biggest priority. Rooms and generel is more like a 3+ hotel than a 4.

that there was a broken coffee machine without alternative options for the whole 7 days of our stay which resulted in long line ups. Not adequate amount of towels such as bathmat and handtowels Breakfast buffet only had one size plates and no little dishes for jam for example a lack of variety in bread, not the rolls or buns

Would go back in a heartbeat!

The best hotel breakfast we've ever had! Everything was so tasty, I am a vegetarian and was amazed at the vegan/vegetarian options. They have fairtrade tea and decaffeinated coffee as well as the possibility to cook your own waffles and porridge. The location could not be better, everything was so close by. The rooms were big and clean, the beds super soft and comfy, the outside noises minimal. The staff was great, I loved that the person working at the reception spoke to me in Danish even though my Danish is rather bad.

One of the coffee cups in my room was dirty (salty mush from the dishwasher?), but it was no big deal, so I immediately forgot about it and unfortunately did not inform the hotel. All the other cookware I encountered was spotless!
