The place has a very good potential, easy to access- door code had been shared in advance, close location 20-30min by walking to the city center or by public transport, in the studio we could find everything we needed, nice furnished
The only negative is that the place was not very clean, hand cleaned (or not) dishes, dirty sofa, and dirty glass wall

Nice, functional apartment, clean, comfy bed, functional kitchenette, hot water / shower great, easy check-in (keypad with code for the doors), access to common kitchen with oven etc.
The fridge was very noisy. Built-in fridges always make some noise, but the motor/fan was extremely noisy, impossible to sleep with it switched on (it was even audible in the bathroom). Contacted Daniel and Jacob twice via booking.com, second time they sent someone to check. The person was very nice but could only clean the fan and turn down the fridge's power level, which did not at all alleviate the problem. I had to switch the fridge off at night and store my food in the common kitchen fridge.

De locatie met uitzicht op elektrische installaties. Gordijnen kunnen niet goed dicht omdat het bed tegen het raam staan.

Ein großes Plus sind die vielen Parkplätze an der Straße sowie viele Ladesäulen. Um ins Zentrum zu kommen, braucht man 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Gebäudekomplex, in dem Studierende wohnen. Die Ausstattung sieht in allen Gebäuden (auch im Hotel) gleich aus. Das Zimmer ist im industriellen Look eingerichtet, allerdings macht das kalte Licht das Zimmer ungemütlich. Wer nach hygge sucht, ist hier auf jeden Fall falsch. Das Hotel gibt an, Allergiker-freundlich zu sein. Es stimmt leider nicht. Es war sehr schmutzig und staubig im Zimmer (Fotos). Nach unserer Nachricht mit Fotos hat die Mitarbeiterin sich bedankt und nichts gemacht, damit unser Aufenthalt angenehmer wird. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft sehr schmutzig (Fotos). Außer saubere Wäsche und saubere Handtücher war es schwierig, saubere Stellen zu finden.
