If there were extra rubbish bin liners my stay would have been perfect.

It is conveniently located to the university.

The rubbish bins underneath the sink cabinet had plastic liners (bags), but there were no extra liners to permit emptying the bin and to put in a new liner. The bed was sandwiched between the wall and the kitchen cabinet with the rubbish bins. Well, the person sleeping next to the kitchen cabinet has the odors of the rubbish bin next to him/her. Not pleasant at all to be on that side of the bed.

Comfortable stay with minor issues

Has all necessary amenities, clean bathroom, easy to find free parking near the apartment, very easy check-in, very accommodating staff (it was a hot few days, and we were able to reserve a fan for health reasons).

Some noise from the electrical unit next to the building, slight bad smell coming from the kitchen sink, one towel had a stain.

Excellent for a weekend in Aarhus

Good sized clean room. Comfortable bed. I didn’t use the small kitchen facilities in the room or the larger shared kitchen but these are an excellent addition. Good sized left luggage lockers. Great location for visiting my child at the university but not too far to walk into Aarhus centre. Airport bus drops nearby.

Had a very good stay

the partmemt with kitchen and option of usin shared kitchen as well. To be able to stay with my dog.

The only remark I have (not really a dislike) was the broken water-drain-pipe outside which is broken and drips on uour hand when you have to push in your code every time you enter the property

I would recommend but warn anyone staying of the potential for noise

Walkable to the city, quiet areas, room clean and of a nice size. Nice to have the option to cook too.

Bed v hard and duvet too heavy for the time of year. Thermostat not working. Noise from adjoining rooms very clear, very obvious that someone was right through the door which I found uncomfortable.

Fint værelse, køkken, bad etc

Larmen fra køleskabet er fuldstændigt ødelæggende for oplevelsen. Selvom det blev slukket gik det amok. Værelset var ulideligt varmt den første dag, 28grader, og beton er MEGET længe om at køle ned. Parkering i kælderen er bondefangeri, tvunget til at betale for et helt døgn af gangen, trods at vi var ude meget af tiden. Det er et godt sted, men ovennævnte plus beliggenhed gør at vi aldrig kommer igen. Det er synd for et ellers fint sted og koncept.

部屋は綺麗で全体的にとても落ち着ける雰囲気

チェックインがとてもスムーズ。急遽予約したが、すぐに部屋に入れて助かった。玄関が広く、ジャケットなど洋服をかける十分なスペースがあった。価格も安く抑えられており、オーフス大学の近くに用事がある場合にとても便利。

バスルームは暖房が効いていたが、部屋の床暖房はあまり暖かくなかった。ベッド横の引き出しの中に前の人のゴミが残っていた。チェックアウト前に荷物の整理をしていたら清掃の人が入ろうとしてきた。

Lage und Ausstattung gut - Aber in vielen Teilen ausbaufähig

Eigentlich würde ich eine bessere Bewertung schreiben und es tut mir fast ein bisschen leid, dass sie nicht so gut ausfällt. Die Lage war sehr gut und grundsätzlich ist das Konzept auch super. Wir hatten einiges zu bemängeln, aber der Kundenservice war großartig. Ich habe umgehend Antworten erhalten und kann sagen, dass ich diese Form des Kümmerns noch bei keiner Unterkunft erlebt habe. Auch Samstags und Sonntags habe ich innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort erhalten.

Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht optimal. Das Geschirr und die Gläser waren nicht ordentlich gespült und wir mussten erst einmal abwaschen, bevor wir es nutzen konnten. Dies müsste durch das Reinigungspersonal geprüft werden. Darüber hinaus fehlt eine genauere Beschreibung der Breite des Bettes. Es ist angegeben als Doppelbett. Nachdem ich Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice hatte war klar, dass es als Queen Size angegeben war, und möglicherweise die Übersetzung das Problem gewesen ist. Queen Size kann 1,40 oder 1,60m sein. Wenn ein Doppelbett angegeben ist, gehe ich von 1,80m aus. Das war leider wirklich störend, ohne, dass wir besonders große oder voluminöse Personen sind :-)

Weinig tijd doorgebracht in appartement

Het was niet duur. Locatie was goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Drukte van een studentenwijk viel mee, maar collegejaar was nog niet begonnen.

Industriële inrichting van appartement, sprinkler recht boven slaapbank. Slaapbank was niet comfortabel. Tussen bed en scheidingswand was plm 20 cm ruimte. Ik ben mager en vond dit te krap. Er was wel een koffieapparaat maar geen waterkoker. Had ik wel verwacht in appartement met keuken

Nové, 4 minuty na MHD vlak do centra, pak jen 8 minut jízdy. Vše na cyklostezce, Aarhus je podobný studentskou atmosférou Brnu. Je zde krásně a bezpečno. V centru výborná kavárna s pekařstvím LaCabra. Minigarsonka měla vše vč.kávovaru, kapslí a olivového oleje. Nádobí a fén v rámci vybavení. Všude čisto, na zemi krásná podlaha bez koberce.

V pátek nám “mlaďoši “ pařili pod oknem na krásném malém hřišti.

War ok, aber es gibt kein zweites Mal.

Das kleine Appartement besitzt fast alles, was man mit zwei Erwachsenen für drei Tage in Aarhus benötigt, wenn man sich morgens vor dem Start in die Stadt selber einen Kaffe kochen und abends eine Handvoll Spaghetti in den Topf werfen will. Damit sind die Möglichkeiten und auch das Equipment der Küche ausgeschöpft. Das Badezimmer ist komplett eingerichtet, das Waschbecken hat die Ausmaße eines Schuhkartons. Die Betten sind ok. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls sauber.

Die Appartements und Studios befinden sich in einem Haus, das auf optimale Raumausnutzung gestaltet wurde. Es ist eng und versprüht in den Fluren und Treppenhäusern den Charme einer Tiefgarage. Die Appartements/ Studios können sich zumindest optisch durch ihr farbiges Mobiliar davon abheben. Wände und Decken bestehen jedoch ebenfalls aus geschliffenen Betonplatten. Die Ausstattung könnte mal wieder gecheckt werden (Aug.25) Der Esstisch wackelt bedenklich, der Kühlschrank brummt die ganze Nacht, weil er komplett vereist ist und die Umluftanlage des Appartements ist ebenfalls deutlich hörbar. Es gibt kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Gepäck, Wäsche, etc. Morgens wurden wir regelmäßig ab 6:00 von Baumaschinen geweckt, die das Nachbargrundstück bearbeiteten.

Veilige Parkeergarage onder appartementencomplex

Locatie: te ver van centrum. Erg ongezellig en minimaal ingericht. Veel kleiner dan foto’s doen vermoeden. Geen aparte slaapkamer: je ligt met je hooft naast de wasbak van het aanrecht. Je slaapt basically in de keuken. Alles was zo krap dat je de gordijnen heel moeilijk kon sluiten. De gordijnophanging was ook nog eens deel stuk. Als je het raam open zette was er enorm fluit lawaai van de wind. De wastafel in de badkamer was mega klein. Kon je niet fatsoenlijk iets op zetten of neerleggen. Er was duidelijk op alles bespaard, ik neem aan tbv winstmaximalisatie. Er sprak geen enkele liefde uit. Ik voelde me vooral beetgenomen en uitgebuit.
