Great off-season weekend escape

Great location, next to Aros museum and short walk to train station and down town. The staff was super friendly.

Felt a bit dated. The elevator wouldn't always work as expected. Very strange shower in a narrow bath tub. Hotel bar, breakfast and services were a bit overpriced. Breakfast was 300dkr so we skipped it, there are some great breakfast places 5min walking distance at Jægergårdsgade where you get amazing breakfasts. We also got a drink coupon for the bar as a token of appreciation. It was kind of a joke as you could only select between two bottom shelf Red or White wines. Don't waste your time on dining or drinking here, there are so many awesome places nearby, S'vinbar as an example which was one of our favorites.

Good location but old and worn

Very noce lovation in aarhus, and pretty cool concept

Room wasn’t ready, so we got another one, not told it was an upgrade, but seemed larger than what was ordered. But the room seemed very old and worn, and dusty as if it was something they using in last resort. -even tho everything was there and it did not feel 4stars as we booked.

The view from the room

How dirty and worn down the whole hotel incl our room was. Elevators are old and dangerous at door closing. We were told our beds would be made and bathroom cleaned even if we choose the ‘green solution’ which is where they do not change towels or bed linens. But nobody came and the only thing you get as part of the ‘solution’ is a soda. Also at check-in we talked to the lady at the reception about our weekend plans. That we would visit the AROS museum next door and she said we would have plenty of time as the museum closes at 8pm. It closes at 5pm during weekends so we had to get up early on Sunday before our trip back home to make it.

A really comfortable stay, in a really nice hotel.

Comfortable and convenient hotel, right next to the concert hall

The rooms are quite comfortable and the hotel is clean and efficient. Check in and out was quick. The location was nice as it was right across from the music concert hall and the art museum and only a few minutes to walk pretty much to anywhere in the center of the city.

Parking right outside of the hotel is convenient but rather expensive.

Unwelcoming

The experience was awful. I had an accident before traveling and was in a wheelchair during my stay. There was no accessible entrance available. My husband had to go inside to ask for help, but after not finding anyone, he ended up opening the emergency exit himself so I could get in. They offered us a welcome drink as an apology, but honestly — if you're disabled, there's nothing friendly or accommodating about this place. Breakfast was also disappointing: no variety, nothing particularly good. Overall, the experience was disheartening and far from what we expected.

Great location but high priced parking

The location was great for what we wanted to do in Aarhus. The room was a nice size. The breakfast was very good.

We did not like the high tub to get in and out of for the shower. The shower water pressure was also not great. We also thought the parking fees were astronomical.

It’s a very good hotel with convienent location, it’s near the Arts Museum and also has great restaurant around.
