Aura Apartment Hotel

The place had everything you needed, including a bit of coffee, tee and oil! It was bright yet private, very clean and comfortable. The location is really good. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The shower design is a bit off, so even if you're careful, you might still soak everything around you. Additionally, there's a thermostat, but we tried and couldn't get the room to be cooler (we heat up easily at night)

Very close to everywhere, like den Gamle by or Aros museum :) All equipments for cooking were also supplied ;)

The room was spacious and clean. We had a two bedroom apartment. The first bedroom was a traditional room with a door, bed, windows. It was very comfortable. The second bedroom was up in a loft and open to the downstairs. The only thing that fit in the space was the bed and two very small bedside stands. You could only get into the bed from two sides, the bottom and the right side as the left was up against the wall and there was a steeply slanted roof over the left hand side of the bed. We were a family group, so it was not a big deal for us, but if you were two couples, one would have no privacy. There was also no place for luggage or clothing in the loft. My husband and I kept our luggage in the living room. There were no luggage racks, so the suitcases just lay on the floor. My husband is 68 and I am 62. We are perfectly capable of sitting on the floor each time we needed to access our luggage, but foldable racks on which to sit the luggage so we did not have to sit on the floor would have made us much happier. The pull out couch in the living room was comfortable and had sufficient bedding. There were sufficient supplies such as dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. The kitchen area was small but serviceable. Each person got one hand towel and one bath towel. A few extra hand towels for the bathroom would have been appreciated. The free washer and dryer in the basement was greatly appreciated, as was the locker system for luggage. There was no guide to the apartment and the area, which is usually standard in apartment rentals. We fudged our way through, but a nice set of instructions would have been helpful. The location was excellent and we walked everywhere. The bus to the Moesgaard Museum was around 200 feet down the street, very convenient. It was a great stay in a convenient location, but some luggage racks would make this 10/10.

Well-equipped, clean apartment in a great location within short walking distance to centre of Aarhus. Bus stop out the front of the apartment and super soundproof in the apartment. Comfortable bed and nicely furnished. Easy self-check-in process and bonus that luggage can be stored check-in time.

It was a bit warm in the room and adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to reduce the temperature. We discovered a fan on our second night, so it was all good after that.

Clean, location, quiet.

Could have had more info on service but no problem.
