The staff were awesome...

I stayed in NilHotel for 12 nights. What I liked (and appreciated) most about the hotel was the staff. Mainly the reception and the staff at the restaurant during the daily breakfast. They have been always polit and supportive.

My room was at the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the walls between the rooms seems not soundproof. I found it difficult to sleep some nights due to the noise form neighbor rooms.

Staff was helpful. Extra pillows provided, called a taxi on 2 occasions for us.

The distance from the train station didn’t seem accurate to us. You might want to have someone check that out and include walking directions.

It is far from what you would go to Florence to see, but that's why we had a car. Breakfast was the same every day, and it didn't have many vegetable choices.

Grand relaxing place close to airport

Close to airport, gated parking & hotel, available restaurant separate from breakfast area, large & not too deep eternity type pool, lots of personnel available.

Restaurant is practical but seminar type food made for great number of tourists brought in by buses.

I will definitely stay again on my next trip.

Traveling alone and felt very secure in the hotel . The staff were so helpful in booking a taxi for 4:30 am for me and it was a relief because I knew that I will have a safe ride to the airport. Highly recommend.

Good hotel except for travel to city centre

The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety. The location was definitely a bit far from the train station and city centre. Staff not too helpful with explaining the local transport as they seemed very busy but we asked locals and managed to use the bus and tram. On the whole the hotel was really good and offered value for money very comfortable but just not centrally located.

More engaging and friendly staff since we were first time visitors to Florence. The guy at the reception when we were leaving was good.

The only negative was the opening hours for the pool. It could do with opening till 9pm as after a busy day in Florence you don’t have much time to go for a swim.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!

Great underground parking garage. Room was exceptional and the pool was definitely worth the extra charge. The restaurant and bar were also great and very reasonably priced for a hotel of this class. There was a bus stop and tram station close by and tickets were available at the reception. I would absolutely come to this hotel again.

There really isn't much. The only minor nit-pick I could think of is the bread selection at breakfast. It is not very good and as a German, we like good bread for breakfast. Just stick with Bacon and Eggs and you'll be fine.

Location is great for the airport and Florence centre. Taxi takes about 20min. Really lovely pool for days that are too hot to sightsee all day. The restaurant is fantastic with amazing food for really good value.

Renovation needed, breakfast can be better. Public transportation is not trustable.

Breakfast was modest. could be better but still better than nothing. Parking slots is plus. park your car there and use public transportation. Bus stop is in walking distance and reaching to many historical place. Hotel is old. They need renovation. i never seen a hair dryer with the pipe (like vacuum cleaner pipe) before. Bur even hotel is old, was pretty clean. And wifi was working perfectly. Rooms was large enough.

They need renovation in the rooms. We also definitely does not like public transportation system in Milan. I know this is not Hotel problem but so many delay, route change. You can reach out to city center max in 20 mins if you find bus.

Not worth the money in my opinion.

The hotel property and pool are beautiful. The room and bathroom were spacious.

The hotel is about 20 minute drive from the city center and the tram station is about 10-15 minute walk. There wasn’t much around the hotel itself. The breakfast was not great as the food had very little taste.
