Very nice amenities, houses are perfect for groups or to be rent individually. I highly recommend this place! Note: swimming pools are a bit smaller than you think based on the pictures but not an issue at all.

My family and I were very happy with the private pool, three bathrooms, strong air conditioning and response of the property owners. They set up transportation from the port for us and then when we realized how out of the way the location was, they helped us rent a car and brought it to us. The breakfast was bags of local produce, pastry's and meats and yogurt, plenty for lunch and breakfast. The property itself is spacious and clean.The private pool really made the property a great value.

The beds were hard, the location was further from the beach and shopping than expected, there was also a distinct smell of animal manure outside. We couldn’t find a third blanket for the third bed and there was only shampoo and bar soap, no conditioner, lotion or shower gel.

Location was good with good access to various of the main island beaches. Quiet with no partying around and minimal traffic noise. Pretty spacious with a private pool.

The cleanliness and general state of the house was not great, and not in line with what I would expect from a villa this price. *Towels were sparse, sheets and pillows were musty, and the house needed a sweep and mop. The kitchen and all elements inside (kettle, cutlery and plates) were old and quite dirty. *The umbrella didn’t work, so while the pool was great to have, there was no shade and basically only allowed us to use the pool in early morning and late evening. *There were also ants around the house - which was understandable - but not under control. On our last night they were crawling all over our daughter in her bed. *The basement / lower level room was a bit dungeon-y, no shutters so the windows were covered in plastic to block light. None of the bug nets on the windows worked, and were half broken or ripped.
