We really enjoyed our stay at Agia Anna Living.

The property is not located directly at the beach, but it's really just a short walk to the promenade with all the restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and quiet. Staff members were friendly and always helpful.

We loved it

We got a really nice room with a hot tub - it was really modern and pretty we loved it!!! The owner was super nice and friendly and helped when we needed something. The temperature of the hot tub was perfect! And there was room cleaning every day. And enough space for parking. It was a easy walk to the beach!

The breakfast wasnt that great and the kitchen could be more equipped (a salad bowl, salt/pepper/oil, sharp knife for example) And warmer bed sheets or a blanket for the couch would be nice too :)

Great value for money, comfortable, central location to best beaches

The room was spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Two TVs were great for kids and adults! The plunge pool was amazing!! The staff were great and the location was good. Breakfast was excellent for the kids to start the day! We had a great 7 days in Naxos.

Everything was great. Don’t hesitate to book this place. We weren’t sure given the great price, but it was like staying in 5* for a bargain price. We extended our stay by 2 nights it was that good!

Very nice room, great location

Very nice room, beautiful decorations, everything was rather new. Great location, easily accessible by bus from the Naxos town and close to nice beaches, car rental, etc.

The only downside was the jacuzzi. We came in October so we took the room with heated pool in the terrace. But the water was lukewarm and there was no option to make it warmer. So we haven't used the pool because it was too cold outside. Also there was a lot of chlorine in the water so it wasn't nice.

Gem near Agia Anna port and beach

Immaculate room. Great air-conditioning, comfortable bed, big Greek style bathroom with good quality gels and shampoos. A nice balcony which we didn't use much except drying out swimwear. The location and the entire staff was top notch. Albeit not on the beach (which makes it very pricey) it was a short 300mtr walk to the Agia Anna beach and port. Lots of amazing restaurants and beach bars with sunbeds options (varying prices and concepts). The hotel owner's family run a large and very good seafood restaurant close by where we had three meals and they were all superb. Overall, a great reasonably priced hotel near Agia Anna beach.

Worst experience ever !

Close to the beach

We travel extensively and have never experienced such a cold, hostile, and shocking welcome. Upon arrival, my husband went to pick up our rental car. Due to the intense heat, we decided I would be dropped off at the hotel with our 7-year-old son to avoid waiting outside. The receptionist immediately asked for our passports. I calmly explained that my husband had them and would be arriving after he comes back from the car rental. Without even letting me finish my sentence, she abruptly cut me off: “No passport, no check-in.” I had the reservation on my phone with all the details and even digital copies of our passports if she wanted but she stopped the conversation and said no passport no check-in in. I understand the need for procedures, but the way it was delivered — without the slightest courtesy or empathy — was completely unacceptable. There was no offer to wait in the shade, no suggestion of a seat or a glass of water — despite the obvious discomfort of a child in the blazing sun. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me he did not want to talk to me and that “it’s not his job to deal with these situations” — which is precisely the role of a hotel manager. Her tone remained deliberately aggressive, to the point that my son, witnessing the scene, was visibly shocked. After several minutes of discussion, she refused to apologise and even stated that she might call the police — simply because I told her I had never encountered such treatment and that, working in hospitality, she might wish to reconsider her approach and tone. Eventually, we were allowed to check in only when my husband returned with the passports. She continued arguing in front of him and decided she would only talk to him and not to me ! She said either you check in or you contact Booking.com to cancel. Of course she knew our reservation was no cancellation. If our booking had been refundable, we would have left immediately.

Nice location.

Great location on agia anna beach area, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This project has a lot of potential we booked with a picture of the new rooms but got a very old one instead with no safe in it, and we stayed in it half of our stay till we were moved to the new one, we paid for breakfast as well but you get a voucher to walk to Santana beach which is a nice beach club but the voucher gets you a poor breakfast so we went and paid for breakfast everyday somewhere else, the electricity kept on going, there is no internet most of the time, the outdoor area has tables and chairs with no service, they could at least have a juice/ coffee bar to serve the guests. They can offer more services and add amenities and simple things like disposable slippers, vanity kits just to add a touch of an experience.

Clean, good location flats for a good base near Agia Anna

Cute little flats with a little kitchen area and balcony. Big shower.

No pool. No breakfast on site, had to walk to beach restaurant. A bit more cupboard space would have been nice.

A beautiful, rustic stay in a quiet area

Super clean room, beautiful gardens, friendly and helpful staff.

In the middle of one night, the power went out in the region and the emergency light above the door (very bright) was turned on and could not be turned off.

Very nice apartment in a convenient location

The apatrtment is very nice, modern, stylish, properly equipped. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. The garden is well kept. We enjoyed the private jakuzzi on the terrace. The apartment is pretty easy to reach, it is only a short, 2 minute walk from the bus stop, from the nearest cafes, bars, shop.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to the quality of the apartment. The sortiment is pretty basic and does not change at all from day to day. The wifi was not the best inside the apartment.

The room was not prepared for guests, dirty, different pictures from reality, bathroom sink located in the living room near kitchen sink! View in a dirty backyard! Hottub outdated and dirty! Halfroom dark, sidewindow closed because of view looking over some maintenance stuff housing!

Pleasant

Very comfortable , not far from the little centre of agia Anna. Very clean and lovely staff.

Just off a relatively busy road and no view at all from my balcony. Having said that it was very private but I could only see the top of the car park canope. Just felt a little bit corporate for the area.

Beautiful stay in a wonderful location.

The room was lovely with the best shower! Fab location in Agia Anna - close to the bus stop, lots of great food places, small local supermarkets and the beach. If you don't have a car, you can still enjoy a great holiday with everything within distance. The included breakfast was lovely and only a short walk from the accommodation and was enjoyed with a stunning view of the beach.

Perfect experience

The room was spotless. It was just a few steps from the best beach of Naxos and the breakfast had everything me and my family needed even for someone like me who's allergic to some specific stuff. Overall experience was over the top and the staff even helped us rent a car and a boat for our tours. Thanks Konstantinos for the hospitality!

Not worth the money. Old room, cramped room, not like pictures.

I liked the location. It was approximately 100 m from the beach and all surrounding restaurants etc.

1-The room including the bathroom was not how it was portrayed in pictures. Standard room for a family of 3 is erroneous. More suitable for 1 person with a small child. There was literally no room to move around inside their ‘standard’ room. The bathroom had no shower. It was difficult to get in and out of the bathtub to bathe. The overall look of the room including the bathroom was old and in need of renovations. For a price of $125 euros a night when I compared to a villa at $95 euros a night (includes a bar and pool on site) this studio was NOT a good value for money proposition. 2- They indicate ‘complementary breakfast’. What they fail to mention is that to get to the restaurant is one of two options. Option A consists of a walk of approximately 650 meters on a road congested with fast moving cars and no sidewalk for pedestrians. Hence, it is at your own risk. The alternative way is to go from the beach (a distance of 400 meters) yet not that easy to walk on sand and in between numerous beach lounge chairs in the way. One must wonder why they don’t offer their complimentary breakfast at a restaurant literally next door (within 100 meters) which serves delicious breakfast and is affiliated with the hotel (they are the owners of Agia Anna Studio) and the restaurant is called Gorgona situated across Agia Anna beach. 3- I requested for a larger room and one that is not on the top floor especially with a shower given my wife has mobility issues (which I indicated to the host). His answer was ‘I will speak to the management’. Yet the host never returned with a reply. 4- After one week into my 2 week stay I decided to leave and stay at a hotel/villa which included a mezzanine (2 floors), a bar and a pool and closer to the beach (30 meters) for a less costly room rate. Completely unbelievable.

Good

Location is close to Agia Anna beach which is very nice. You get breakfast at Santana's (which is on the beach) included and we enjoyed that. Santana's is a fun place to hangout, have some food and drinks, and music is provided in the afternoon with a DJ. Staff member was very friendly and really helpful.

Room was a little small. Bathroom is very small. Room could use a deep cleaning. Very much a beach hotel vibe which is fine but I was expecting a bit more.

Budget accomodation close to everything.

Basic but considering the price it was as expected. Close to beach, restsurants, mini-market and bus station. Nikos was very helpful. Very clean. 30 minutes by bus to Naxos.

Needs a bit of maintenance on all the cupboards. None were closing properly. The studio had 2 single beds instead of a double.

Overall great...

I would like to mention that after arriving I was greeted courteously by Nicos who patiently waited for our ferry arrival just before midnight. Throughout the stay he was absolutely lovely, informative and ever so helpful. Nicos made the stay at Agia Anna a wonderful experience. He is a true professional and an asset to have him.

Prior to our arrival we sought clarification to our studio. Their inability to be precise was evident in all responses from Alexandra, Anna and Adela and indicated total luck of knowledge. It wouldn't surprise us that the answers came from a team of people who had never seen the studios in reality and were totally clueless and yet rude and unhelpful. After several attempts we gave up and nearly cancelled our booking. However, we decided to turn up and see for ourselves what studio we ended up having.
