Kalea Luxury Villas

Everything!! This place is wonderful. Check-in was lovely. Mr Lefteris and Mrs Irene were there when we arrived. They offered us a welcome refreshment and went over the map of the area and facilities. They were so kind and gracious throughout our entire stay. The location is 1 min driving or 6 min walking to a great bakery / 15 min depending on how you walk to mini market, taverns and the beach. The villa is fantastic. Clean, modern, and spacious. The outside deck has a great plunge pool, seating for 4 at a table, and more. We could hear and see the small Olympic airlines planes coming in and taking off and we loved it. It never disturbed our sleep though. The kitchen equipped with all necessities toaster for grilling cheese toast, coffee maker, fridge, basic kitchen items. We had cheese, bread, deli meat and wine complimentary from management, Mr Lefteris. They accommodate fresh towels for beach and bath. The beds are comfortable. Toiletries upon request. Our room has a window that was the pool ( meaning it was water from the pool on the other side ) really cool. Above all the Greek philoxenia / was felt the entire time and we loved our stay!! I never usually leave reviews but after an unbelievable stay at Kalea i felt the need to leave one! We were very kindly given an upgrade to one of their villa suites which was one of the nicest rooms i’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so welcoming and always checking in to see if you needed anything or for your room to be serviced if needed. On arrival we were left wine, hams, cheese, bread etc which i thought was an excellent touch. We were devastated when we had to leave!

There wasn’t anywhere clear for us to check in/check out but a member of staff eventually found us and directed us to our room. On our first night we were awoken by building works around 8am which we weren’t made aware of but thankfully this was only for one morning. If staying in the villa suites the pool area can become quite slippy after dipping in and out of the pool so we put some towels down to dry our feet. These are all minor things that didnt affect our stay, we would still highly recommend staying here!

The room and bathrooms were clean and smelled very nice. The jacuzzi (hot tub) was an added bonus. Friendly staff.

Very large and modern room, with fantastic bathroom and power shower. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day. The location is perfect, close to the main town but also very close to the best beaches on the island. The host and the staff onsite are brilliant, very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!
