Quite a way out of the town of Demonte, but knew this and it had a restaurant on site. Very fast food service and reasonable prices. Room on first floor good size,powerful shower. There is undercover bike parking too.

The room didn't have air conditioning (it was on the wall but wasn't working) there is no pool despite it is in the description and on the photos. I would not have booked this place if I knew it. Also as we were leaving early we did not have breakfast. We were promised packed breakfast the evening before but it did not happen.

Nice staff, Clean rooms, easy and comfortable.

I found the staff super helpful and very nice, it was very clean, shower was very hot and good pressure, was a really good location for me as i was attending a wedding nearby and in the morning they had laid out breakfast for me with was simple but easy. great value, simple, honest and has everything you need.

Perfetto come base di partenza per esplorare la Valle Stura. Comodo, com grande posteggio, colazione inclusa e staff molto gentile.

Mi è piaciuta molto la comodità di non dover più toccare la macchina per andare a mangiare.. basta scendere le scale.. il ristorante fa anche pizzeria, molto apprezzato.. Staff gentile.. Stanza grande e pulita C'è anche la piscina per chi ci va in estate..

Siamo andati per la sagra del marrone di Cuneo, posizione ottima per raggiungere la città in 15 minuti. Struttura con parcheggio annesso, ampi spazi, colazione e cena senza ne lode e infamia. Qualità prezzo discreta. Apprezzabile la volontà di tutto il personale. Quello che ha fatto abbassare il mio voto finale è stato l'odore incredibile di fumo nella nostra stanza! Ma le persone che hanno fumato li dentro ma che razza di gente è????? Un odore difficile da mandare via nonostante tutte le finestre aperte fino a sera!!

Onprofessioneel gedrag personeel, zeer slecht ontbijt.

De douche was redelijk ok. Ik was moe na een lange tijd en had een plek om te slapen.

Personeel was erg passief, nauwelijks communicatie en in het Engels bijna niet mogelijk. Eerste Kamer bleek al in gebruik tweede poging ging wel goed. Beda lag erg slecht en voelde niet schoon. Er zaten kieren in het laminaat, gaten in de hor voor het raam en de badkamer was zo krap ingericht dat je nauwelijks op het toilet kon zitten. Daarnaast bleek het zwembad al een tijdje buiten gebruik en was het gazon een Ooitje. Ff lekker buiten zitten was geen optie. De Piazza die ik besteld heb was niet lekker en het stoorde me dat het restaurant ook als woonruimte/speelruimte voor personeel/familie werd gebruikt. Het ontbijt de volgende ochtend was erg teleurstellend en niet lekker. Kan deze plek aan niemand aanraden.

Il punto di forza di questo hotel è il personale: tutti disponibilissimi, hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. La colazione generosa e le torte molto buone. Non abbiamo provato la cucina perchè abbiamo mangiato in area pic nic, ma la prossima volta proveremo anche il ristorante.

Comoda posizione, ma da rivedere

Il parcheggio per le moto al coperto sotto pensilina in legno proprio fatta apposta per parcheggiare le moto. Il ristorante sotto anche all'aperto con anche pizzeria 🍕

Stanza molto molto semplice con infissi vecchi e per letti semplici brandine.....bagno con doccia molto piccola. La nostra camera era proprio davanti alla statale,dunque veramente tanto rumore e difficoltà a dormire.

Das Essen war ok.

Das Haus wurde wohl scho lange nicht mehr auf Vordermann gebracht. Risse in der Wand, unebene Böden und ein schmuddeliges Bad. Der Pool wurde erst am 6.7. eingelassen. Die Mannschaft war mit den Gästen (Campingplatz und Lokale) überfordert.

la serveuse du petit déjeuné, très agréable et souriante et parle francais , le restaurent

l'accueil du premier jour très froid , le prix encore trop cher car les prestations n étaient pas la , la clim ne marchait pas alors que le 10 juin il faisait canicule , nous sommes rentré un jour a 16 h pour profiter de la piscine, hôtel fermé ouverture a 17h30 par le cuisto et on s'est aperçu que la piscine était verte et elle ne marchait pas ,très déçu, nous avions choisi cette hôtel pour la piscine.

L'ospitalità e la gentilezza dello staff. Il ristorante pizzeria, La tettoia per la moto.

Abbiamo soggiornato il13 giugno ,una giornata caldissima,non vedevamo l'ora di fare un tuffo in piscina..invece era chiusa. La camera non ha l'aria condizionata, e nonostante la cortesia di averci trovato un ventilatore abbiamo veramente sofferto il caldo.
