Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location!!

We had a fabulous time at the apartment. This is a real gem! Very centrally located and a short walking distance to many great bars, cafes and restaurants. Silvio was always readily available when we contacted him. He was most helpful. Everything was spotless in a charming building with so much character. We were a family of 4 adults and found the place extremely comfortable. All beds had excellent mattresses and pillows. Heating was excellent. There is a washing machine, microwave and an espresso coffee maker as well as a pod machine. There is also a clothes drying rack. Beautiful bathroom with a well functioning shower. Well equipped kitchen. A beautiful apartment in a quiet environment, and yet only a few metres from all the action. It was perfect, and we will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend!

Great place, clean, spacious, comfy, will all amenities. Great location, close to historical centre and all cafes and restaurants. Great hosts, extra helpful. We really enjoyed our extended stay. Would definitely recommend.

OK for a short stay, but not the best value for the price.

On the positive side, the place was quiet and centrally located, which I appreciated. Communication with the host was smooth, and the kitchen was well-equipped, including some thoughtful touches like water, juice, snacks, and coffee - a nice gesture that didn’t go unnoticed.

Unfortunately, there were several important aspects that did not meet my expectations. The mattress was uncomfortable, with very noisy springs that disturbed my sleep, and the bedding itself was quite unpleasant to use. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent and unpredictable. Considering the price and rating of the accommodation, I did not expect such issues. For reference, I’ve previously stayed in significantly better places in Cuneo at a lower cost. I must say I’m quite disappointed with the value received for the amount paid.

A fantastic place to stay.

It was wonderful. Silvio greeted us, showed us the apartment and gave us some information about Cuneo. The apartment was spacious, very, very clean and well appointed. It was soundproof and naturally cool for the summer temperatures. The washing machine for our clothes was much appreciated as was the opportunity to cook our meals in the kitchen. We had a safe place to park our bicycles. the apartment was a few metres walk from Via Roma, so we could be in the heart of the city in moments and could then return to the quiet sanctuary of the apartment.

Exceptional

Apartment was really nice. Just 15mins walk from the train station, location was perfect, in the city centre. Close to restaurants, bar, shops and other stuff. In all it was quite.

A good stay in a lovely place

Perfect location to visit the city, 2 steps into historical center; easy parking within 500 m; several excellent restaurants in the vicinity; owner very kind and efficient including communications and local suggestions. Excellent facilities also for a long stay, very well equipped kitchen!

Very nice apartment, renovated recently in an old building in the city center. Large and comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.
