Clean, comfortable and good location with plenty of free parking. Food was appetising and reasonably priced.
Front of house staff. Appeared unfriendly and uncaring as a paying guest would expect. Service wasn’t attentive either. I realised afterwards that nobody smiled. Not good energy. Would not return.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, good TV with Netflix etc available
Main issue was the shower (room 9) was scaling hot to the point I couldn't even put my foot on the shower tray , it wouldn't make any difference turning the controls from Hot to Cold just stayed the same. Also stood on a small piece of glass on the bathroom floor We had dinner and the food was really poor , we had 2 Pizzas and the bases were raw, they did remove the cost from the bill, the next morning we went down for breakfast , ordered 2 Breakfast Buns, 1 sausage , 1 Bacon and we got 2 sandwiches instead.

Perfect location for exploring the area. Lovely & great attentive staff Food was awesome for both evening meal and breakfast with a great choice.
Slight traffic noise overnight but nothing too disturbing.
