Location, facilities, service. All very good

The staff were exceptional, especially the night shift team. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, but the gentleman at the front desk made sure our check-in was smooth and easy, which was especially appreciated after such a stressful day of travelling. He even went a step further and helped us order food as it was so late.
The suite itself was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the location was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for more. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Milan! A huge thank you to the staff for making our stay extra special!
Everything was perfect.
