Great location - very close to the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, tours, etc. Large clean room with fun decor and a very friendly staff.

Absolutely stunning apartment suite with a beautifully appointed large balcony facing west and overlooking the Duomo. Fabulous location. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

L'hôtel est en plein centre ville et pour visiter le Duomo c est super. Les chambres sont belles et bien décorées. Le personnel est efficace.

Le parking le plus proche pour se garer est très difficile d'accés car ancien et par très large ! Les chambres donnaient sur une galerie et la nuit les spotlights éclairaient fortement et directement dans la chambre et comme les rideaux n'obscurcissaient pas vraiment la chambre, c'était dur de s'endormir. le lit canapé d'une des chambres est extremement inconfortable. Douleurs partout après une nuit.

A few days before our arrival, the hotel contacted us via WhatsApp and offered to move us to their new duplex studio. We declined because the nearest parking would have cost €40 per day and decided to keep our original booking. When we arrived, we paid for our stay and were taken to a different room from the one we had booked. At that point, we had not been told that our room had been changed. We only went back to reception because we noticed that the room was not the one we had reserved and asked why. We were then told that we had received a “free upgrade.” We had not been informed about the change beforehand or given the opportunity to agree to it. Our booked room was 29 m² on the first floor and included a private kitchen, fridge, kitchen utensils and a dining area. The room we received was only 25 m² on the fifth floor and had no private kitchen or fridge. Instead, there was only a shared fridge on the floor containing products for sale. We were told the “upgrade” was because the room was newer and had access to a shared balcony. We asked to see our original room and were shown it, but it was already occupied by other guests. This, together with the WhatsApp offer to change our room before arrival, made us suspect that the hotel may have been overbooked and presented the room change as an “upgrade.” We understand that unexpected situations can happen, especially during a holiday weekend. However, calling a smaller room with fewer amenities an upgrade was misleading. We had specifically booked a room with a private kitchen and fridge, and those amenities were important to us. We would have much preferred honest and transparent communication if our original room was no longer available.
