Super clean, spacious bathroom, AMAZING breakfast. The continental buffet had so much fresh fruit, easily the freshest selection I’ve ever seen at a B&B. Cooked breakfast delicious as well! Just a gentle stroll away from town but really quiet off the main road. The owner was lovely too, made us feel really welcome.

Located in the quiet picturesque village of Birnam, the property is an excellent base for exploring Perthshire. It’s close to Dunkeld with fantastic restaurants.

The room was spacious and comfortable with an en suite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. The pub and restaurants in Dunkeld were within easy walking distance. Everything needed for a brief stay. The property was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was first class in nice surroundings. Trevor , the owner, did everything he could to make sure we had what we wanted and were enjoying our stay which totally exceeded my expectations. Couldn't have been better. Thank you Trevor and staff.
