Room and bed comfortable, good choice at breakfast.
We were out of hotel most of time so can't really comment on other aspects, apart from bed and breakfast.
We did have Afternoon Tea with a group of 10 and really it could have been presented/served better for the price.

Lovely outside space and gardens
The room was tired, worn and needed updating, painting or fixing the curtains. The balcony was great to sit out on but the room smelled damp, flaky door at the bathroom. For the price you'd expect better.
