1. Breakfast is simply amazing. One of the best coffees I've had in Italy and delicious cheese and ham. 2. Great taste in furniture, silverware, and decor. The linens are so cute. 3. Host Giorgio is very warm and helpful, very responsive on WhatsApp, and there's almost no friction in English communication. 4. Pigneto is a hippy, lively, fun neighborhood. There's a pedestrian within 3-minute walk from the B&B with nice bars and restaurants.
1. Although bus stops and metro stops are just nearby, it normally takes ~30 minutes to go to the Termini, which is still a bit of commute if one wants to explore the typical tourist places. 2. The lack of AC can be tough for summer in Rome. The fan worked most of the time and I didn't mind the heat, but those who cannot survive 30C+/90F+ might want to be careful.

Very clean, cozy, comfortable bed, with a fully equipped kitchen. But I must say the best thing about the stay was the owner - Giorgio. He is extremely kind and willing to help with anything, he also makes delicious breakfast :)!
The surrounding area was quite unpleasant and dirty, but you get what you pay for and it’s super close to the main attractions. You are still going to spend little to no time in the area directly around the apartment.

We liked the location, could walk to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and we felt welcome there.
