Custo benefício. Preço mais baixo para Roma e perto de pontos de ônibus e trem que facilitavam o transporte, mesmo tendo que pegar mais de uma condição na maioria das vezes.
O banheiro tinha mofo no teto.
Falta de detergente na cozinha, isso dificultava a limpeza.
Quando o trem passava fazia barulho no prédio inteiro.
Falta de ventilação no quarto.

For Rome standards it’s okey in this price range but the owners left few things out of the description.
Working ac and kitchen was a plus. We found bed quite comfortable especially after thousands of step in a heat. Sink in main area was unnecessary and bigger table space would be better in our opinion.
The noise and shacking of the building caused by the trams and trains nearby. I’m used to airplane noise but the shaking of the building was very noticeable essentially at night. Mid paint job and bathroom in bad condition were off setting. The location might seem fine and close to the termini but you need at least 40 minutes to get to the main attractions by bus or train.
