The room was nice, it had enough space and the bathroom was spacious too. We also got earplugs so the outside noise doesn't affect our sleep which was nice. The common area was very nice and I enjoyed it. The terrace was huge and comfortable.
Our toilet was sometimes splashing out even with the close lid. The water in the shower took a while to heat up. The cushion on the bed was nice but it was too soft so you fall into it and can be a bit uncomfortable if you have back problems.
The staff was communicative prior to our arrival, but as soon as we got there we didn't receive a reply regarding any of our questions nor a message after we left to confirm our check out.

Clean, with all necessary stuff and the location some say is a dangerous zone but we didn’t feel it that way even going back late night. It was a normal area well connected.
The floor was to cold and we couldn’t turn on heating.

There was a shared kitchen in the common area that was well kept.
There was no cleaning service. So if you stay a long period of time you’ll eventually have to get your own toilet paper and wash the hotel towels yourself.

The air conditioner doesn’t work and there wasn’t any television on the TV, even though on the apartment information it was said differently
