The hotel is a budget-friendly option suitable for a short stay of 1-2 days.

Can be preferred if available at lowest cost .

Keep in mind 5 € extra for blankets. Not mentioned anywhere while booking. Common wash room for everyone. Near by train station. Not felt safe during the stay.

Great value, good staff, too location but be prepared to hand wash your laundry!

Cheap and cheerful and a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities were all clean.

Washing machine facilities have to be used only by the staff, so having “washing machine” on the website is a little misleading. I wanted to machine wash my clothes the afternoon I arrived and only had a few items, and was told it would be €10 and not available until 10:00 am next day. I resorted to hand washing (again!) and hung my clothes from the dorm windows. Not ideal and, as I said, a bit annoying and misleading.

The only advantage is the location - it is relatively close to the center.

The administrator kicked me out of the restroom at 7 am because he needed to clean it up. When I came again to the restroom, he kicked me out again. Very rude and disrespectful. Overall the hostel amenities are poor: it is located in the basement, rooms are small and bedclothes are dirty.

Great staff, Good location and facilities

Lovely staff, really friendly and welcoming. Good location for public transport so is quick to get to the city centre or Reeperbahn. Good facilities (kitchen, iron, lockers etc). No designated luggage storage but the owners will locked it in the reception for me.

Could be cleaner. The sweeping didn't go under the beds and the shower plug had hair blocking it in the morning. Can be noisy depending on others in your room as it's large rooms but take ear plugs and you should be fine. Note: the pictures with the computers are old. There is now a drinks machine there instead. My picture is up to date July 22.

The receptionist scammed me and got angry because I got there at around 20:30 and was demanding 10€ cash because of the “inconveniences” he had to go through. Also no lockers available!!!! there should be at least one locker for person!

Good enough for a short stay

+ Hot water, clean comfortable showers, no queueing + Beds are soft + Free lockers with keys

- Fridge wasn't working properly, 19° inside. When I complained about it to the staff, they were painting it in such a light that it's only my problem - Lock was jamming - No bed lights near the beds - No sockets by the beds - When I arrived, there was nobody at the reception, had to call - Intrusive staff, barging into rooms without knocking, giving unsolicited comments - Smoking by the front porch, room smelled because of that - Coffee machine is in the kitchen, but no coffee pods. Or maybe there are but the staff will not show you. Kitchen is a mess. - No common area to chill

Very good

It's located across the street from metro. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The kitchen is good size. I liked the area in front of the toilets and showers where you can get ready with lots of space, mirrors and electrical sockets.

Some areas were not very clean, especially the bottom shelf inside the locker.
