Lovely welcome by staff; we could store our luggage as we had arrived early; our room was ready anhour before the official check in time. Really good Italian Restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room, which was a shame.

very noisy from people on wooden staircase. Room was a bit claustophobic as curtains needed to be closed as people walked past
