Executive room is worth the upgrade cost. Huge room, clear view of nightly fireworks. Access to Executive Lounge is a nice perk. Very good staff.
Included buffet was okay, but not up to the standards of a luxury resort. Could have used better seafood selections. Cost to upgrade to non-buffet at Japanese or French restaurant was exhorbitant.

The facilities are comprehensive and easily accessible. The breakfast is great with an enjoyable spread.

Buffet style dining, views of the daily night fireworks
Building is very old, air conditioning did not work, smelt smoky despite being a non smoking room probably because there was a booth outside the whole for smoking. Furthermore when we checked in, staff were a bit rude to us considering we had a 5 month old baby and it was difficult to make the times for breakfast and dinner. One of the staff members called us “being difficult” in Japanese which we understood - very rude.
