Great breakfast buffet. Staff was wonderful and helpful and this was right by the long-distance bus location so it was perfect from Sapporo. Umbrellas free to borrow and nice baths.
Room a little small for 4 with luggage. Room also smelled a bit musty.

Supreb location right on the lake front with a front row view for the evening fireworks.
It is a Japanese hotel so beds on the floor, in fact everything on the floor. Bathroom the size of those you get on a cross channel ferry ! If you want to experience this as I did, enjoy but be prepared.
Great breakfast, with huge range of western and Japanese food on offer.
Staff were not very helpful I asked if the restaurant was open, reply - yes but full. Even for residents ? Yes full.
Its a huge restaurant and I suspect they just could not be bothered !
It did not spoil our trip as we fould an excellent restaurant not far from the hotel, perhaps a blessing in disguise.

The location was near the bus stop. The view was spectacular as it overlooked lake Toya. Dinner bento was the highlight!!
It was slightly hard communicating as we couldn’t speak Japanese so had to rely on google translate
