Room was big for two people. Dinner was very well organised and with generous portion of snow crabs. Onsen was not crowded. Hotel's location was perfect, just along the lake, near to the place to watch fireworks and there's a convenient shop just opposite the hotel.

The outdoor hot spring area for women was great, the friendly Taiwanese staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.
The corridor had a rather strong odor, but that's understandable given the hotel’s history.

Right in the middle of the Lake Toya area, direct viewing of the fireworks during summer. Staff were friendly and spoke English and Chinese. On site onsen was clean and spacious. Plenty of free parking on site. Breakfast had lots of to choose from.

Very good location and view from room
Very old furniture. Not updated. Bedding very old n dirty mattress. Wood on walls not stained to look nice.
