The welcome drinks and the location are great.
Extra hard pillows, hard as rocks. A awful smell comes from the bathroom.

Islam and Jukumaru were very helpful. Location is convenient. Limited lake view was nice.
Facilities were well worn and quite aged. Spa was very dimly lit and dark and the water was very murky. We are not dog owners, I could smell slight dog odor in our room.
