Convenient location in the centre of Middelburg. Welcoming host who was very helpful and patient while I sorted my bike luggage. Secure storage at the back of the property. Very clean room, quiet with a very comfortable bed. Lovely bath. Fresh, made to order breakfast. A very attentive host. Recommended an excellent restaurant close by (de Kemel), which I thoroughly enjoyed.

It is just a complete package. Highly friendly staff. Location is also perfect. Clean!
Nothing in particular. If a really pressed it, perhaps they could add a small table or something in the bath room. Nothing to complain really. Clean!

Small room, dated decor, steep stairs, creaky floors, thin walls, too hot even though not particularly warm outside
