Gh Trevi Fountain

GH Trevi Fountain was very near the metro station and many attractions. It is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The area felt safe for two women to walk even after our night golf cart tour after 1 am. The room was huge, comfortable and the staff had left many snacks on the counter top which were totally welcome. The property was also quick to respond whenever we had any queries.

This has nothing to do with the property but the nearest metro station does not have an escalator or elevator. So if you have heavy bags, you will need to carry them up the steps

The location was excellent-super convenient walking distance to many sights. The room service was excellent-fresh towels every day. You have control over the room temperature and the bed was super comfortable. A big thumbs up!

I would have liked access to an iron. We otherwise greatly enjoyed our stay.

The location was great close to transit

There was a little mold smell in the shower.

The staff is nice and the room is comfortable.

AVOID THE SHUTTLE SERVICE. My family stayed for three nights, and I arranged for an airport shuttle since they are not proficient in Italian. Unfortunately, the driver exhibited unprofessional behavior due to their flight delay and charged 120 euros for a transfer that was originally quoted at 40 euros. The hotel was unhelpful, asserting that shuttle services are managed by a third party. Additionally, there was an issue with the room reservation, which was apparently booked for a single occupant. The hotel failed to inform me about supplemental taxes associated with this arrangement. I would not recommend this establishment; there are more convenient and pleasant alternatives available at the same price point.
