Everything was perfect, the cleanliness, the location and it had all facilities. We will choose this property again when we’ll return back to Rome.

Location, price

The location is perfect, we could reach the main attraction by walk easily.

Every time was trying to connected the Wi-fi it was unreachable. 1 out of 10. The host was pleasant and helpful, however my question regarding the same (just one) key which was opening the main door and the room as well was ignored. For that reason i was forced to carry the valuable staff with me everyday.

We liked the location and room we had was very nice. Unfortunately disappointed we could not control the air conditioning as some nights it was very cold and during the day the room was quite warm....it looked like the air conditioning was constantly turning on and off, therefor we couldn't get the temperature control in the room right as we had no controls for the air conditioning. Also, on the day we left the lift didn't work so had to carry the heavy luggage down the stairs.

The breakfast was very poor. We went to the location where we can use the voucher to have breakfast. Firstly the service was not very good as it took as a long time to get served and also saw other customers who came after us being served before us...felt totally ignored. Also they only offered us a choice of beverage and 1 pastry or omelette which wasn't very much. We had vouchers for 3 days breakfast but after the first morning experience we paid for breakfast elsewhere. Very disappointed as it was included in the booking. Better to not have breakfast option and reduce the accommodations costs as there are quite a few nice places nearby with good breakfast at reasonable cost.
