this is a terrific hotel: comfortable, ample room, newly renovated bathroom with nice amenities, good linens, teakettle andvteas/instany coffee in the room, espresso machine in the lobby. walking distance to the train/bus station, Trevi fountain and loads of other places. the only concerns are these: i didn't have good information about how to get into the hotel. it's on the fourth floor, in a building with at least two other hotels on other floors, which wasn't evident, and the wee elevator is helpful but smaller than my dining room table. there is at least one other hotel with a similar name, but a different address, and i got confused and spent a lot of time trying to get to the hotel. although they say they're always available by WhatsApp, response time is very slow and when you're standing outside the door, not knowing that the lightswitch-looking thing is a door buzzer, this can be problematic. reception hours are scanty and i didn't find them posted anywhere. all of this is a problem for communication and access. that said, i would stay there again, armed with this knowledge.

I am a solo traveller, stayed for couple nights. The property is very central, Easy access to Trevi Fountain about 6 mins walk, Spanish Steps is abt 6 mins walk. The front desk staff Clyde is very nice and helpful. I left my luggage after check out for quick breakfast and shopping. Property is clean, staffed with all needed toiletries. I arrived late at night, the check in instructions are easy and straight forward. The suite is in the 4th floor, Elevator is available but compact (most in historic areas are tho). I enjoyed my stay. Lots of restaurants within 5 min walking distance. Highly Recommended! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

The room itself my family and I have no complaint for. It was extremely clean and the housekeeper truly went above and beyond. Rather than a traditional large chain hotel, this one is very small and intimate with only around 6 rooms i would like to say. Location was amazing. Within 8 minutes walking to Trevi Fountain, and roughly 20 to maintain centers. Not to mention surrounded by countless stores in the area ranging from liquor stores to clothing stores. The restaurant located right outside was an added plus for late night dinners with amazing food. Now, what takes away from this being a 10/10 experience. There is an elevator for this hotel which is shared between others. The size of the elevator is not the complaint, having traveled to Europe before I am more than aware the sizes are generally on the smaller size. Now I fear instructions for an elevator are common sense, others might be lacking. For this elevator to work there are two sets of doors, and in order for anyone on any level to access it, BOTH doors must be closed. Almost every single day we would have to walk up 4/5 flights of stairs in order to even reach our hotel because individuals kept leaving the doors open. After being out all day this was very frustrating Where this seems like a building issue rather than the hotels, I noticed they did not sound out any disclaimers about the elevator. Maybe by doing so it would help. Or even adding a magnet to help seal the doors which would be a easy fix
