Soundproof windows and location are fabulous. Air conditioning worked brilliantly in May 2026. Very large room was great. Lift worked well to our floor
Loved having breakfast in our little window at our table for 2.
Close to restaurants. (right outside the door and 400 mtrs from the Trevi fountain and more places to eat.)
Supermarket is at the top of the hill on the right just past the train station entrance. (400 mtrs)
Bus stop right outside the door, but you can't hear it/traffic.
We needed to ask for a small fry pan, but it was supplied ASAP. The owner is great to communicate with.
Would definitely stay again.
In the street behind, they will do a load of washing/drying for 10 Euro.
The bathroom gives off a bad smell at times.
Bed is soft, but fine.

Francesco was one of the most communicative hosts we've ever had. From booking to check-in and beyond, he was proactive with information and assistance. The flat was lovely, and the location was perfect for exploring Rome. Many sites were within walking distance, plus you could catch a bus or metro just a few steps away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
