Incredible value for the space! Fantastic location just a couple blocks from Trevi Fountain. WAY more spacious than we expected. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for space & privacy for your family in Rome. This is IT! The transfer service arranged by the hotel was reasonable and top notch compared to the other hotel transfer we received.
Staff was very attentive via WhatsApp. Staff on site is minimal. Didn’t love that the upstairs loft area did not cool down with A/C and no extra towels, pillows or blankets. They were provided upon request.

Casa Guttman was a dream - beautiful property, very well designed. The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like a high-end condo with lots of room, a great wet bar area, high ceilings, a really nice bathroom (I loved the shower) and beautiful art. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was so hot when we were in Rome and we ended up spending more time in the room than anticipated to get out of the heat....we were so happy to have such a nice room with great hair conditioning.

We loved the location of Casa Guttmann. It was very comfortable. Comfy bed and cool AC! We enjoyed the extra waters and snacks we could get from the roof terrace. Very nice!
I worry a little bit about how slippery the floor of the shower is. The bathroom is very nice with many upgraded features but the shower floor was very slippery!
