Casa Guttmann

The location was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I developed a fever the night before check-out, and when I explained the situation, the staff kindly extended my check-out time so I could rest until just before I had to leave for my train. The hotel was fully booked, so I really appreciated their flexibility and kindness. They were incredibly thoughtful and helpful.

Great location (a short walk to Trevi Fountain and other sites), modern and spacious room, helpful staff.

The location is ideal! It's near an intersection so taxis and rideshares are easily accessible. Also cafes, pharmacies, souvenir shops are right outside your door. The Trevi Fountain is less than a 5 min walk and the hotel is on a straight line towards all other major attractions. There is a lift so no need to carry all your luggage up some stairs. The staff is super friendly, communicative and available on site and via whatsapp. They also greeted us with a glass of white wine. We didn't get to take advantage of rooftop due to the heat, but if you go when it's cooler, I'm sure it will be fun. Our room was clean, modern and stylish. It was perfect for two people. We traveled with one medium size suitcase, one carry on and two backpacks. We found ways to spread out and still have a bit of room to get around. Our room was next to the elevator and we didn't get disturbed by any of that noise.

The only thing that I would say, and that I mentioned to the staff, is that you can hear all the noise in the hallway. Every time someone checked in or when housekeeping was setting up, you heard it all. I hope that they are able to resolve it.

Everything. Staff, especially Princess, were amazing. Excellent customer service and care. Prompt communication.
