Amazing staff and exceptional location(just 2’ by walk to Fontana di Trevi). Everything is maximum 35 minutes by walk( Vatican), most were 20 minutes. The room was clean and just enough for the good sleep we wanted after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is at perfect location, quite close to the Trevi Fountain (walking distance within 5 minutes). I liked the location the most as many shops and coffee shops are nearby it. It's quiet and very cozy environment. The space is private and there's sufficient space for accommodation.
I didn't like that there was no personnel present in the reception at any times, however the staff were quick in communication through phone and very helpful.

Lack of communication from staff and was told they’re unable to book me a taxi even though taxis were available and they are supposed to provide airport shuttle
