Perfect location, clean and tidy, great ac to keep you cool during the peak of summer, and an extremely lovely owner that made sure our stay was absolutely perfect.
We had a slight issue with getting into the building one night as there was an issue with the door. But was swiftly solved and didn’t interfere with our stay

The closeness to everything and how clean it was
The checking system doesn’t work well if the communications are not working ahead of time.

The place was extremely centrally located super easy to access the best parts of Rome for an excellent value.
It was extremely hard to coordinate with the staff since they don’t work there at all times. Texting is not available to everyone staying from another country.

Lack of communication from staff and was told they’re unable to book me a taxi even though taxis were available and they are supposed to provide airport shuttle
