The place was quiet, you couldn't hear other guest. The rooms were of a good size for just myself. The air conditioning was nice coming back from a hot day out in the Sun. They told me when I arrived that a full breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. Just fill out your order card the night before, and they delivered it to your door at the requested time. The shower pressure was nice and strong, and the water hot. I was worried about the location being away from the historic centre, but it was very well connected by bus and metro, and the Barberini area was nice, with lots of great restaurants and the hotel was close to a local grocery store.
The sheets on one of the beds had some slight staining. They were clean, but just needed a more thorough bleaching. I took the sheet off and let them know. They offered to replace the sheet right away, but there were 2 beds in the room, so I just slept on the other and had my suitcase on the the stripped bed. Worked for me.

It's a nice enough place and small with a few rooms. The rooms are big.
They serve breakfast in the room after you pick what you want and leave it for them. After 5 there is no one at the desk.
