Siisteys, puhdas ja raikas ilma, ilmanvaihto. Etäisyys vesipuistosta. Sai lasten kans käydä välillä syömässä ja huilaamassa mökissä.

Mökki oli perussiisti ja mukava. Ympäristö oli hienoa. Sauna oli kiva lisä, ja mukavuutta toi parvi, jonne pääsi erikseen nukkumaan. Keittiö oli fiksu, vaikkakin pieni mutta perus mökkiolosuhteisiin ok. Kiva lisä oli, että kaikissa ikkunoissa oli pimennysverhot ja mökkinaapurit noudattivat hyvin hiljaisuutta.
Kahvinkeitin ei toiminut kunnolla. Kaikki keittiön puukot olivat aivan tylsiä, ja vain toinen paistinpannu käyttökelpoinen. Lisäksi edellisen siivouksen jäljiltä oli viemärit unohdettu putsata karvoista/hiuksista, joita oli isot tupot. Tiskikone piti itse tyhjentää ja täyttää, sängyt itse pedata ja roskat viedä. Sääntölista oli suuri. Vähän tuli sellainen olo, että mistä sitä oikein maksoi, kun suurin osa toimista tuli hoitaa itse. Lisäksi ohjekyltit mökille olisivat saaneet olla hieman tarkemmat.
