The apartment was in a great location and well equipped, but unfortunately several maintenance issues and lack of commun

The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. It was very close to the train station, a huge supermarket (actually two supermarkets), and several restaurants, so the location was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed, and there were also towels provided for the stay, which was very convenient.

What I did not like about the accommodation was that there were several issues, and the owners were not reachable even after I sent multiple messages. The lamp was broken, and the blinds/shutters on the windows were damaged, so I always had to use the curtain to make the room dark. One of the power sockets came completely out of the wall. The couch was very dirty, should have been replaced a long time ago, and was full of hair from previous guests. The towels are never replaced, even for longer stays, which is not very comfortable. In addition, the access with the code was not very clear. It was easy to get into the building, but finding the right way into the apartment itself was confusing, and I had to search through the messages to understand it. So there are definitely some points that could be improved.

Perfect apartment for a short or long stay, very quiet and clean.

It is an apartment that is very clean, with some amenities, free wifi.. and very roomy. Shopping mall with some restaurants and grocery stores near by. Very quiet area...

There were two little twin beds, not a huge issue. I missed that when booking. If you are a happy couple, I guess you could move them together. Parking on the street is limited and maxed at 4 hours between 0800 and 1800, so you have to get lucky.

It could have been better...

The position was ideal to reach the place we needed to be every day. The supermarket and the train station are just few minutes away on foot. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet.

Very aseptic place. The description of the studio flat said clearly "separate bedroom", but in fact the two beds were in the same room as the kitchen, sitting and dining areas. Not ideal if you are traveling with a colleague. Three of everything: three forks, three knives, three plates, three glasses. No complimentary coffee/tea, no general info brochures, no salt or sugar or anything else. It would make a big difference, just with a very small effort.

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet area. I only spent one night there. Living conditions at a high level. Unfortunately, contact with the staff was difficult, and the cleaning lady could not speak a single word in English. I got access to the room with an hour delay, and they also refused to allow me to stay an hour longer the next day.

The best apartment I ever experienced while travelling

The apartment was very clean and the ambiance was too good. It was warm and cozy.

I think the code should be sent earlier because for people coming through international flights it is very difficult to get access to wifi and check messages.

Disappointing

easy check in, spacious room

1) some cutlery and the pan were dirty 2) kitchen was missing lots of essentials (dishwashing sponge, salt, oil, oven gloves etc.) 3) the kitchen cooker hood (ventilation) was not working so the fire alarm started pretty much right away (?!) when we turned on the oven (didn't burn anything). Had to open balcony door to refresh the air. The whole ventilation system of the flat was very poor and the room got stuffy quickly, but there was no option to open the window to "ventilation" position. Lighting was poor also. Can't imagine living there for more than 1 night.

They forgot to check the Locker password. I had to call. I have a free calling all including all over Europe but my thelephone operator charged me 16 euro for the call. I asked why and the operator said It was a special number. So be aware to call them! I had others calls in finland and no others fare the operator charged me
