I needed a place for my family in the area and we have so far used these apartments twice - with great success. The check in is super easy, the check out as well, everything is electronic, clean, well maintained. Overall love it.
The small studio apartment we were at had the smoke detection alarm on top of the stove. As a result, even opening the oven for a tiny bit would trigger it. Not the end of the world but hardly great.

The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. It was very close to the train station, a huge supermarket (actually two supermarkets), and several restaurants, so the location was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed, and there were also towels provided for the stay, which was very convenient.
What I did not like about the accommodation was that there were several issues, and the owners were not reachable even after I sent multiple messages. The lamp was broken, and the blinds/shutters on the windows were damaged, so I always had to use the curtain to make the room dark. One of the power sockets came completely out of the wall. The couch was very dirty, should have been replaced a long time ago, and was full of hair from previous guests. The towels are never replaced, even for longer stays, which is not very comfortable.
In addition, the access with the code was not very clear. It was easy to get into the building, but finding the right way into the apartment itself was confusing, and I had to search through the messages to understand it. So there are definitely some points that could be improved.

It is an apartment that is very clean, with some amenities, free wifi.. and very roomy. Shopping mall with some restaurants and grocery stores near by. Very quiet area...
There were two little twin beds, not a huge issue. I missed that when booking. If you are a happy couple, I guess you could move them together. Parking on the street is limited and maxed at 4 hours between 0800 and 1800, so you have to get lucky.

The position was ideal to reach the place we needed to be every day. The supermarket and the train station are just few minutes away on foot. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet.
Very aseptic place. The description of the studio flat said clearly "separate bedroom", but in fact the two beds were in the same room as the kitchen, sitting and dining areas. Not ideal if you are traveling with a colleague.
Three of everything: three forks, three knives, three plates, three glasses. No complimentary coffee/tea, no general info brochures, no salt or sugar or anything else. It would make a big difference, just with a very small effort.
