Everything was perfect

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their friendliness and warm hospitality. Everything throughout the hotel was perfectly clean and well-maintained, which really gave us peace of mind and made our stay very comfortable. A special mention goes to the manager, Dinos, who was always there whenever we needed something. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of and that we had the best experience possible. His kindness and professionalism really stood out and made our stay extra special. We truly felt looked after during our entire visit, and it’s clear that the whole team takes great pride in what they do. We would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan Hotel to anyone looking for a spotless, relaxing place with exceptional service. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay!

When i initially booked this hotel it was earlier in the year and under another name and managment. Initially, I thought to change my reservations when I heard of the change in ownership. I AM HAPPY I DIDN'T!!!! The new management and staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They were happy to assist us with our requests and helped us cut our luggage lock when it wouldn't open. It was nice to be personally greeted in the morning. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was just enough. The beach was close by as well, whether you wanted to walk or drive. Beach towels were available at the hotel, just ask the front desk. The pool at the hotel was great for an afternoon swim. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paralia. It is couple and family friendly.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel from July 3rd to July 6th, 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. All three families in our group were extremely satisfied with everything the hotel had to offer. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We were especially impressed by the warm and professional attitude of the manager/owner, who made sure everything was perfect during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the beach just a few steps away from the hotel was absolutely fantastic – clean, beautiful, and well-organized. We are truly happy with our stay and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in a great location

Clean, welcoming hotel, comfortable room - with wonderful staff who were super helpful and friendly. Really made the stay so enjoyable. Good location, a little out of the bustle of Paralia but within very easy reach. Lovely beach 2 mins walk. Good breakfast selection in a nice open room.I didn't use the facilities so unable to comment on them, small but functional gym was a benefit to have. I was a travelling solo and the hotel felt safe and in an enjoyable area. Highly recommended overall & would happily book again !

Our Stay in Paralia

The spa, the spa pool and the total clean feel about the whole hotel.

Sometimes the hot food serveries were no hot enough. The area where the hotel is situated is a bit scarce of bars and restaurants. However, Paralia is only a 10-20 minute walk away.

Superb

A very nice hotel close to the beach and within walking distance from the centre of Paralia Katerini. We really enjoyed our stay, we got an upgrade of the room which was a nice surprise. The suite was big and clean, the food and the service were good too. The beach is sandy and very nice. I would recommend the hotel.

Small details such as no mosquito nets or no drying racks for clothes or towels.

the location was good

so from 5 night we had 3 without air conditioning and it was disaster 32 degrees in the room. they didn’t offer something to refresh us. they didn’t do anything. For 4 stars hotel that’s not good!

Best palce in Paralia, luxury and comfort, seasoned with kindness

The nicest staff I have ever met. The hotel is perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, with a very good location. Breakfast and dinner are varied and very plentiful, complemented by musical BBQ evenings, which are very atmospheric. Both the outdoor and indoor pools are great. We will definitely visit this place many more times!

Overall nice hotel.

The stuff is great, everybody is kind and helpful - actually the stuff is the biggest advantage of the hotel. It is clean. The hotel is near the beach. There is enough space for parking. The neighborhood is quiet. You can order a drink by the pool. The rooms are nice, even though a little small. I like the bathrooms as well. Air-conditioning system is good, it was cool in the rooms even though it was extremely hot outside. Hotel restaurant is very nice with great terrace and sea view. We have stayed in this hotel 4 years ago and this was our second time. Maybe I have liked it a lot back then because I had very high expectations for our stay, but I think that it was better before. For our next vocation I think we will try something different.

The food seems various but actually it is the same every day - some pasta, some meat, some salads. There wasn't fish and seafood in the menu for 6 days. The hotel is located next to a road that was always so busy and it was very difficult to cross it, but otherwise you cannot go to the beach or the town. In many of the rooms there is a door that connect the room to another room and we were able to hear everything from the other room - when the people are showering, what they are talking about, when the TV is on... this was very unpleasantly because it was always so noisy. The rooms are cleaned between 14 and 17 o'clock.
