Location was great
5 min walk to Harder Kulm. Onsite amenities were nice. Towel rental is an option
If they had shampoo conditioner and body soap in the bathroom that would be amazing
Given that it’s a shared shower and many travels do not have the space for all the little things.

The staff were very cooperative and accommodating. When we informed them about our discomfort, they genuinely tried to resolve the situation as best they could. They also provided great recommendations for activities and places to visit around the city, which we really appreciated.
However, the accommodation itself was disappointing. It was listed as a lodge, but nowhere was it mentioned that the room would have bunk beds. We had booked a room with two queen beds, but instead were given a very small room with a four-person bunk bed setup. While this arrangement may be suitable for a hostel, it did not match what we had booked or expected. The room felt cramped and suffocating for four people, with hardly any space to move around or store our belongings.
