Hotel Central am See

It is generally very nice and cozy hotel with great pool and very good location in Weggis. All the team ist very pleasant and helpfull.

Unfortunately, the days were very hot and AC was not working… That make nights a bit difficult to sleep during the heat. But the owner knows it and they are working on it.

Charming and the most amazing location -easily walkable for dining and the local ferry !! The pool and lake access were wonderful -as was the access to free paddle boards -a very comfortable hotel except for the lack of air conditioning -we managed with fans

The food was just ok -they could improve the breakfast -limited parking !

Location was excellent, overlooking the lake. Lakeside restaurant, terrace and swimming pool were lovely and hotel staff generally friendly and helpful. The family room was excellent.

Asked for a wheelchair accessible room but the room allocated was not accessible - the wheelchair could not even get into the room, and certainly not in the bathroom. The accessible bathroom was actually a separate room on the first floor. Finally got an alternative room on the second floor which was ok but very tight. The lift only took the wheelchair and no-one else. We asked for a candle in a dessert for my grandson's birthday and despite saying that something could be done, it never materialised which was disappointing.
