As someone who travels for work and is lucky enough to have stayed in some incredible hotels, Kima Oia Suites blew me away and is absolutely top notch. Not only because of wonderful rooms with private patios and pools, and the awe inspiring unreal views, but thanks largely to the hotel manager Xeno and his lovely team. He is one of the most genuinely kind, attentive and gracious hosts I’ve ever met and I felt so lucky to have stayed here and been so taken care of! I rarely write reviews but this hotel and especially Xeno is so deserving of praise. I hope to come back!!

I cannot recommend this property enough—everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the team made it so special by decorating our room to celebrate. The caldera views from our room were breathtaking, and the location is ideal—close enough to Main Street that you have easy access to shops and dining, but without the hassle of too many stairs.
A special shout-out to Xeno at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he took care of everything: booking our transfers, making dinner reservations, and ensuring our luggage was handled seamlessly. His communication was exceptional, and he genuinely cared about our experience. If you’re looking for a memorable stay, this is the place!
The pool closes at 8PM.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at KIMA Oia Suites. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly loved our time there.
The views from the property are beautiful and create a peaceful atmosphere to relax and enjoy Oia. The suites are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.
What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were superb, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend KIMA Oia Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Oia. We would be happy to return in the future.
