Gorgeous Executive Suite with breathtaking view! Only 1 set of stairs!

Wow! We can not fault our stay. We stayed in the Executive Suite, Hot Tub (Caldera View) and were absolutely blown away by the size of the room with Extra Large Bed & separate lounge. The view was mind blowing and breakfast on the balcony divine. The incredible part was that you only had to do 1 set of stairs to access this incredible room which is near unheard of in Santorini! Sima the caretaker is an absolute gem and nothing is too much trouble. If I ever get back to Santorini, I would stay here in a heartbeat! There is a little Local Mini Mart when you go up the stairs to the right about 50m away which is super handy for cheap snacks & drinks.

Breakfast isn't what we're used to when staying at resorts but being a villa you can't expect it to be. I will say that it was delicious and plentiful so really not a criticism, just something to be aware of when booking.

Absolutely fantastic time!

Sema our hostess was incredible - she really went out of her way to make it a great experience. The room was lovely - nice balcony with a great view. The apartment is in a quieter part of Oia slightly away from the crazy crowds (get up early if you want to take photos).

Fantastic views of oia but the highlight was the very attentive service from the hostess. She helped us with any infirmation we needed and booked activities for us. She was very king and friendly.

I would highly recommend staying at this property l

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. From the we arrived and welcomed by Simi to the gorgeous room and balcony with jacuzzi, everything was perfect. Simi was an exceptional host. She made sure we were happy, recommending timing of activities to avoid busy cruise ship crowds to delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this property. Location was ideal, away from very crowded cruise ship crowds.

I really appreciated the comfort of the room and the stunning view. The breakfast was generous and delicious, a great way to start the day. And what truly made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of Sima. She welcomed us with a smile as big as her heart and went out of her way to plan and make our stay easier. A big thank you to her for her warmth and dedication. Also, thank you to the hotel for all the thoughtful gestures and little gifts – they truly touched us and made us feel very special ❤️

Loved it, can’t wait to come back

Sima was such a lovely host and so helpful. The location and view were stunning and true to what you see online. If you’re coming by ferry, definitely arrange a transfer with sima as it’s 120euros from the port v 45euros with the transfer! We loved our stay and will return.

The bathroom was a bit tight, especially the shower. But the view and service more than made up for it!

The best and most beautiful experience ever!

This was the most perfect stay! First of all the views! omg breathtaking! Aside from having your own private balcony with a hot tub that looks out at oía town there is a private roof terrace which is the envy of all passerbys stopping to get photos of the view while you have it all to yourself! Honestly we didn’t even see the point of going to these “sunset view” bars when you have the best view straight from this accommodation! Sima was a sweetheart and looked after us so well with the most extravagant breakfast every morning she was just fantastic, had the room clean everyday too which we were not expecting!! I can’t say enough good things about this accommodation highly recommend

A perfect place to stay with a perfect host - will absolutely be coming back!

Our stay here was absolute perfect! Sima was the most perfect host. She arranged our cooking class, dinner reservations, and taxi services making every aspect of our trip relaxing. Each day she delivered a huge tray of breakfast foods, absolutely delicious and so much food. She also left a bottle of wine and flowers in the room for us. The executive suite was extremely spacious with a wonderful view and privacy on the terrace and hot tub. The property is a few steps from the taxi drop off so it was relatively easy to access with heavy luggage. It was directly off the main walking in path in Oia so we were a few steps from shops and restaurants, and very close to the Oia-Fira hike path, but we still felt secluded from crowds.

The most wonderful place in Santorini

The room was beautiful and clean. The incredible view and hot Jacuzzi were beyond words. The breakfast was delicious and full of options. Sima was what made our experience wonderful helping us book a car rental. She goes above and beyond to make the trip perfect. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. If there was a way to give this place a higher rating I would.

Best stay ever!

We loved our stay at Delfini villas. Sima was so helpful and friendly, giving us a welcome bottle of wine and we were fortunate to receive a room upgrade which was brilliant. She brought us an amazing breakfast each morning which we enjoyed on our private balcony Fantastic views, lovely hot tub and a great location in Oia. Would highly recommend.

AH MAZING! The host was so sweeet and kind. She helped us make reservations for dinner to see the sunset as well as arrange taxis for us. She also made us to-go breakfast on one of the days that we had an early excursion. The location and the views are breathtaking during the day and at night! the breakfast was MUAH! I suggest trying the Greek breakfast 🤩. The tub was warm so we could get in. The Chardonnay was so good! My husband felt like he was living the santorini dream. The hotel and frankly most things are just a short walk 5-10 minutes.

because of where the hotel is facing, you won’t catch much of the sunset. you’ll have to go into the town or grab a dinner somewhere to catch the sunset. only thing we did not like was the bathroom/ bathtub. it looks good in theory but most people take standing showers and the water ends up splashing everywhere on the floor. The tub also wasn’t that appealing to lay in because of the corroding jets.

Great place and eays to get to, Sima (host) was extremely helpful. View from the room was amazing and Jacuzzi provided privacy in comparison to a lot of other places in Oia.

If you hire a car than finding parking in the evening is extremely difficult.

Stunning views, exceptional service

The view is even more unbelievable in person. That's why you go to Santorini in the first place, and Delfini delivers. We ended up staying in a couple of the three rooms on premises, and each has this incredible view. We slightly preferred the smaller room with the bigger terrace. Service is incredible. The owner is always seconds away whenever you need something - breakfast, advice, luggage storage, activities concierge. I'll also mention the access to Oia's main street. We walked back and forth on this numerous times and it never got old. Best town on the island, and Delfini has the best views on the island. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Delfini Villas was wonderful! The location and views are perfect. Sima is extremely helpful and friendly. She had many recommendations and knowledge of the best spots to visit. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and would have loved to stay an extra night.

Location is perfect. Not too far away from everything but away enough from the busy atmosphere. Easy to get to from the main road, so no carrying bags from lots of steep steps. Staff - amazing! So helpful with booking things and recommending things to do. Very adaptable to our needs and makes the most amazing breakfast! Very kind with gifts too. Room is huge and very private, I was worried about privacy when outside in the tub and balcony but it was actually pretty private. Huge bed and lots of space with a lounge bit. Very clean property with no stray cats and lots of space and exclusive roof for lounging.

Room door didn’t lock. Bathroom needs to be modernised.
