I give a 100 for location (close to everything and amazing view) and 120 for service! Service in this hotel is the best I have ever received. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. However I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, because the room itself was not comfortable. We got a suite for 4 people and the entire 2 floors had a very tiny closet only. No drawers, no storage area and not even a night stand to put anything on. We had to live off of our suitcases and use the suitcase tops as tables. That made the room very messy and uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Stayed with my family for 4 days. Location is awesome! So convenient - close to everything - tons of stores and restaurants, and views from our room absolutely stunning! I booked my room with a outside jacuzzi and the views did not disappoint! The food in the hotel was so delicious! Such a great selection for breakfast! I would absolutely come back there and recommend it to my friends!

The hotel itself is amazing! view? amazing! The staff? attentive and will call to follow up on how everything is going. We got the premium suit and it’s walkable, has a nice pool, jacuzzi, view of ocean. Everything you ask for is at the hotel. Will definitely go back there!

Santorini Secret was amazing. View, location and breakfast were spectacular. We had the maisonette room and it was perfect for two adults downstairs and two teens upstairs. A/c was very cold. We travel a lot and do not typically sleep well at hotels, but everyone sleep great.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The views from our room were breathtaking! From the second we arrived we were treated amazingly. We were greeted upon exiting our taxi and escorted to check in. Staff go above and beyond. Beautiful room with great amenities. Amazing breakfast options. Overall this was an amazing stay! I have not one negative comment or concern! I highly recommend booking with this hotel!

This has to be the BEST stay I’ve ever had in Europe. From the moment you check in to the minute you check out. The staff is super attentive, and they genuinely care about your stay. Beautiful facility with an even better view of the caldera with your private hot tub. It was an incredible stay.

With so many steps Santorini isn’t all that 3 year old friendly but despite that we loved the hotel and experience. My son spent 6 non stop hours in the pool!

The facility is kept clean, and the location and the view from the room where we stayed are perfect. Anytime, the view from this hotel is so romantic and beautiful. The quality of their breakfast is nice as well. On top of that, the most important point is kind and sincere staffs. They kindly arranged a special day-trip and we could visit the interesting place a lot efficiently. This hotel is definitely recommended.

Hotel was located In oia, the nicest part of Santorini, in the cliffs with an amazing caldera view and walking distance to all restaurants and shops. I am so glad I did not stay in the town below (Imerovigli) because it is too far away. however, santorini secret is above the walking Path, not below it so it is not as private because everyone walking by can see you in your lounge chairs /pool. you do have access to the main hotel below and their pool, I would have preferred to stay down there. The location was very hot with absolutely no breeze at all but I think that is all of Oia. The hotel staff and service was top notch and we loved having breakfast delivered to our patio every morning. The room was very clean.

This is the sister hotel of the secret chain in Oia. The main one is right below and would definitely recommend staying there over this property. We didn’t know this was a family hotel and were constantly bothered by children and noise. Also the sister hotels pool was MUCH better. It’s a newer hotel and could definitely use some work.

Love the location, great view from patio upstairs and super friendly staff. While we did have a rental car, they recommend that we use their driver in a MB sedan to get to our dinner reservation at Ammoudi Bay. So glad we didn’t drive, because limited parking would’ve been impossible for us to make it to our dinner reservation. That said, it was not inexpensive for the round trip. They also have a small spa that can accommodate a single or a couple at a time. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the service.

Our stay at Santorini Secret Premium was absolutely amazing!! It is paradise. It turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for when I thought about spending a weekend in Santorini, Greece. The location is awesome. From the moment that Manos and Faye welcomed us, to the incredible views, spectacular suites and attentive staff, everything was perfect! I wish I could have stayed longer. You cannot go wrong booking this hotel.

The room I had and the services provided exceeded my expectations! The bedroom looked better in real life then in the photos! The breakfast included was phenomenally fresh and delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and provided assistance and recommendations to us whenever needed. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I get to visit Santorini again!!!

This was our first visit to Greece (for our honeymoon) and every single hotel staff member went out of their way to make sure we had a great time and had everything we needed. Free delicious breakfast that is delivered to your room every morning. The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the Oia walking path so nothing was far away. Of course, we also had an awesome view. This is the luxury of luxury. We plan on returning to Santorini in the future and will not stay at any other hotel other than Secret!

There are not too many reviews for Santorini Secret Premium, because it is brand new. It is a sister location of Santorini secret and is just absolutely beautiful. Our room had a breath-taking view of the pool and the caldera. You can pick whatever you would like for your breakfast daily and room service will deliver it to you. The hotel staff is exceptional, and the location, being right in the middle of the most visited Oia street, is just perfect. You are in the midst of all the restaurants and shopping. Transportation to and from the location is easy, as there is a local bust stop very close by. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Would def recommend stating here!!

What a wonderful stay. The premium is part of the secret hotel across the walkway. We had a great duplex overlooking the caldera, with just 6 units which shared a pool with an amazing view. The service was top notch, and concierge team was fantastic. They helped arrange everything, and planned out full days of activies for us to enjoy. clean and great breakfast too--delivered right to our outdoor balcony every day. All around---great.
