Brilliant location away from the hustle and bustle

Perfection. Room was generously sized with a very comfortable bed and a fabulous area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The location was great. We were tucked away from the madness - wonderfully quiet - and not too many steps to navigate, yet still only a minute from the main shops and restaurants. Transfers offered by the hotel were excellent. Our driver, Elvis, was a delight.

Amazing

Quiet and reserved place, with an incredible view. The room is very comfortable and spacious and the suites are close to the main street of Oia. Breakfast is delivered to your room and is very good. The experience was very good.

The only thing I can point out is that there is no television.

The location is great with beautiful views. The room size worked for three of us. The included transportation from the port and to the airport was very much appreciated!

There are quite a few steps to get to room. Not a problem for us. The driver was kind and carried our heavier luggage down/up the stairs.

A Magical Stay in Santorini

The staff is the best and the complimentary driver for pick up and drop off is just amazing. I think we got upgraded and the room was marvelous. Best room I’ve ever been in Europe and the view of the Caldera was WOW. Will pick this place again ❤️

Exceptional

Staying at Oia Memories Suites made our first time on Santorini incredibly special. All the team were so welcoming and accommodating. We instantly relaxed in this cosmopolitan yet traditional hotel. The suites themselves are immaculate and tastefully styled, while situated in a stunning spot. We started the day with a lovely breakfast, delivered to our room which we highly recommend taking. We could also access the nearby hotel facilities including the pool which was an added bonus. Thank you to you all and warm wishes from Edinburgh!

possibly my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in - the location was perfect to walk anywhere and everywhere. very clean and having the driver was a huge plus. would recommend this place to anyone I know visiting Santorini.

Stunning Villa with a Stunning View

Absolutely superb from start to finish. The driver came and collected us, ensured we checked in okay then drove us to our villa. The villa was spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. Aircon powerful. And the view….just breathtaking. 100% recommend!

Fantastic location!

The location of the place is amazing..the views are to die for. Service from start to finish was great. There was a problem with water on our first day but they managed to resolve it the next morning. Breakfast was lovely and the drivers who were picking and dropping us off were really nice and professional. Overal a great stay. We had dinner at their sister hotel in Finikia and it was amazing.

There was no tv in the room.

Best decision in booking this property. Vantage view, private beautiful area with lots of photo op. Don’t make a mistake

The location is everything you would yearn for. It’s strategic, the property is so close to the opening of the Oia strip which gives you the vantage point to view the breathtaking caldera, sea and village yet giving you that privacy and quiet moment. Getting to the villa in itself is an adventure, going a few stone staircase down with surrounding beautiful properties, not to mention a convenience store close-by then surprises you to the spectacular sight that you can enjoy during your entire stay from sunrise to sunset without commotion. I love that this property is not a busy area, mostly tenants access the area. The villa is very beautiful in white with blue shutters, very clean and well maintained, with cleaning personal coming in daily, who by the way is very honest and trustworthy. The best part is the extra ordinary hospitality of the host Vlassis, who was very accommodating to answer our inquiries, arrange our transfer and activities. On our check out , I left my daughter’s jewelry case and he promptly called our driver to notify us. We almost missed our cruise ride back to Athens and could cost me $$$ yet the superb communication among their staff prevented further mishap. Shout out too to their very nice transfer driver Chris who was very calm and comforting.

Gorgeous suites with gorgeous views

Perfect location, right at the start of the pedestrian walkway in Oia. We had a gorgeous view of the caldera and the other villas on the cliffs. Vlasso, the hotel manager, was so helpful and attentive any time we had a question or issue. Our room had a private terrace where we had our daily breakfast (free!). This particular room had the bed lofted which was fine for me but for older people or kids it may be an issue. Everything was clean, the housekeeping woman was very friendly. Their sister hotel, Finikia, has a pool and we were able to hang there while we waited for a room and then again when we waited for our trip back to Athens.

Everything was great but I would say adding some dining utensils would be helpful as the wooden ones aren't so useful (served with breakfast and at a lot of restaurants). A few real forks would be great. Also adding a microwave for reheating leftovers would be nice.

Amazing stay in Oia! Great location and beautiful rooms.

The rooms were spacious and had working air conditioning which is rare in Europe. The view from our little patio is amazing. This is what you imagine when you’re thinking about staying in a cave in Greece! Easy walk to everything but does require steps. The staff were amazing and carried our heavy suitcases all the way down and back up the many steps. They also provided airport services which is huge- taxis are very expensive in Greece. The staff also made us a reservation at an amazing restaurant nearby! Thank you for a great stay!

One of the rooms has a shower which you had to hold the head. It wasn’t too bad tho and the bathroom was clean unlike another place we stayed in Greece. Also the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Amazing. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

The views were breathtaking and the property was clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staff is so easy to get a hold of and they are extremely responsive to any requests you may have. The price for this place is very good too and the location is superb.

My only complaint is that the pillows were uncomfortable and we struggled to fall asleep a couple times. Other than that, no complaints.

Everything was as expected and more - room spacious and brand new, view, location (just the right amount of stair steps down and not too steep), breakfast delivered on the terrace. PLUS some details that really make the difference: advice on excellent restaurants, help with renting the car (really hassle free for us plus we benefitted of a sure parking place from the rental co., near to our room, in the very busy area of Oia...) and free transfers on arrival and departure.

Disappointing

For me the positive points were the location and the host.

No infra structure at all... It´s an isolated room in the island! It´s not a hotel neither a department, it´s something in the way. There is no commodities you find in hotel like reception, room service, leisure area, etc... Neither the basic things for an apartment like microwave, stove, or at least a TV. I don´t recommend!

We loved staying at Oia Memories, the location and room were perfect for our honeymoon!

We loved the daily breakfast brought to our room - it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy a quiet breakfast to start each day! The espresso machine was a great amenity that we used daily, too. The location is only a couple minute walk from the Main Street, but enough away that you get to enjoy quiet and peacefulness on the balcony. The view is unbeatable and the apartment is beautifully designed. We had a great stay here for the start of our honeymoon.

The bed was slightly more firm than we are used to, but overall enjoyed a good night sleep!

beautiful authentic cave room in heart of Oia

the location is amazing. right down the stairs in the heart of Apia town. the room and veranda were super cute and well decorated, with all the amenities. coffee, waters, n espresso. I am single mom traveling with my two daughters and the host Vlassis went above an beyond on hospitality: he arranged our transport from port and took us to the closest spot to access room, which is in town and down stairs. his driver Carried the bags. he arranged room service breakfast delivery to room in morning by order the night before. and on departure day we had about 3 hours to kill after our checkout and ferry boat. his driver picked us up at 11 and Vlassis hosted at the pool of his other hotel where they have showers to change for boat. and then drove us to port again. really made it completely easy for us.

Perfect Oia Stay

This is a beautiful, well appointed room right in the heart of Oia with a Caldera view. I loved the private balcony, and thought it was a better and more private spot to sit and watch the sunset! Its a bit at the end of the Oia main walk so it was nice to be out of the shuffle since it can get so busy on the main street. The room was clean, quiet, and you really can't beat its views. Breakfast was delivered to us in the morning after we ordered what we wanted the night before. Overall, it was pleasant.

Ordering breakfast was very nice, but we asked to have it delivered at the earliest time, and ended up waiting 45 minutes past our requested time for it to arrive. It makes sense they would consolidate deliveries to do this with the other suites in the area, but a heads up would have been great so we can schedule around it. Not a real problem, just a suggestion.

Amazing stay with amazing staff.

Vlassis was so helpful with everything we needed for our very memorable stay, from transfers to breakfast, to helpful information, just everything you need, the staff were there with a smile, nothing is to much trouble for any of them, our driver was just a really genuine person and again nothing was to much trouble. the room was excellent and very comfortable, lovely and clean with ( in my opinion) one of the best views in oia. I really can't fault this hotel and I have stayed in some of the best 5 star hotels. My husband has a slight disability and Vlassis and his staff went out of their way to make our holiday one to remember. Thank you so much Oia Memories Suites.

Beautiful room to savour the view of beautiful Santorini. everything orients to the view (balcony, bed large windows).

lovely spacious, comfortable room with a fantastic view and balcony. The bed looks out right at the view, and the couch is very comfortable. Appreciated that we could select what we wanted for breakfast, large selection and no restrictions but glad nothing went to waste. very nice location.

Just a suggestion that some wine glasses and cutlery (for breakfast) in the room would be lovely.

The pick up from Fira city and the drop off to Santorini airport. Quaint suite. Very nice and delicious Breakfast, it was delivered to the suite. Housekeeping was by appointment. Walkable to many attractions, not many were open in March.

Highest quality service and beautiful property!

Staff was professional and helpful. To have local insight is a treasure and our interactions with the staff made our visit more enjoyable and welcoming. The room was inviting and clean. Oia Memories Suites offers amazing service upon making the reservation through departure. Vlassis was patient with all of our questions prior to our arrival and was punctual with replies. He gained our trust that we had a person to turn to in case we needed any special arrangements or needed local guidance during our stay. We also appreciate the complimentary pick up from the airport and how they made special arrangements to drop us off at the port since we were departing via ferry. Elvis, the driver was punctual, courteous, and his warm & happy disposition made us feel very welcome. The complimentary breakfast delivered to our room is a lovely way to be greeted each morning. Breakfast offerings were freshly prepared & delicious. they were packaged with care to eat in or to take along to enjoy while galavanting. It was a nice option for guests to specify the delivery time as well as when our room would be cleaned. Each member of the hotel team was professional and courteous. My daughter and I were enchanted by Santorini … not only by the spectacular views but by the kind hospitality that was extended to us during our stay. We are so happy that we chose Oia Memories Suites as our Santorini nest :). THANK YOU OIA MEMORIES SUITES TEAM!!

TWO SUGGESTIONS: Adding a microwave in the kitchenette would be a lovely plus! Or, having a spot where guests could warm up food would be helpful :). To help guests with using the bus as transportation, more information about when/where to get on/off the bus would be really helpful. We noticed other visitors encountered challenges with getting to the right bus stop. A map of Oia would be helpful, that highlights the “essential” service areas (bus stops, local supermarkets. cafes/restaurants, post office, etc.). thank

Excellent stay

The property was managed very well. Vlassis was a great host and explained everything well. Breakfast was delicious and on time. Not so many steps and ideally placed towards start of main bazaar area with a convinient tuckshop very near. Loved it and already recommending to friends and family to stay there!

The bathroom was a bit small as we are a family of 3. Otherwise service and cleanliness was excellent!
