We loved the location in Oia - it’s not in the deep of Oia where there’s extremely busy crowds nor difficult to get to on foot. It’s right by a bus stop to get you into the heart of Oia and right by the hiking path for the trail between Oia and Fira. The room was beautiful and the views of the caldera and the water was incredible to step out to and eat breakfast by. The breakfast is also super delicious and very filling.
This is not an issue with Strogili nor the property itself, but we did experience some electrical issues in our room in the evenings. The breaker box kept flipping when we had the AC running with lights and the tv on (noticed more after evening showers, so maybe it was humidity driven). The property was notified and they mentioned they would look into it

Location is unreal, the room was amazing absolutely stunning and the view, well that’s the reason I was there. The staff were so friendly and helpful helped organise taxis and quad rental and it was no issue to them, thanks Neo.
Having to leave it to go home….seriously that is it

Great location, close to Oia but far enough away to be quiet & relaxing. View from our terrace of the caldera magical. Room has a small kitchenette which was good to prepare breakfast. The accommodation provided a unique cave experience with breathtaking views. The hotel pool was very nice, deep pool and sun lounges to relax. We appreciated our bags being carried up and down the steep stairs. Staff were extremely helpful.
Steep stairs to room but that is required to get such a premium location.

Location was perfect, a short walk into town but nestled on a quiet and beautiful spot just outside of the center.
It was an authentic cave house with the most stunning views :)
