The apartment was spacious and had great amenities, from the stocked fridge to coffee, beach towels etc. staff were bery friendly and always accessible and very responsive. The views from the terrace are great and access to the pool a bonus

As everywhere in Santorini, there are many steps to navigate. However staff are there and help with the luggage.

It was a cozy cave with an amazing view, warm jacuzzi and everything you need can be found in the room including yoga equipment which is a plus point.

Guests walk past jacuzzi to get to their room. That is the design of the pathway, luckily only one couple. Other than that, it is private enough. :)

Perfect

The view was incredible! We were there before peak season so the units next to ours were empty, so very quiet and private. Nikoleta met us for check in and brought us additional pillows when requested. We would definitely recommend!

Incredible place

We loved almost every aspect of aspa caves. The hosts were incredible and nothing was too much to ask. We were on our honeymoon and were greeted with a lovely card and a bottle of wine. The fridge was stocked with a few essentials and the apartment was spotless. The views were incredible and it lived up to all photos we had seen. The location was perfect as it's a 5 minute walk to the edge of town. There are 2 well stocked mini markets within a 1 minute walk. You can use the pool at aspa villas also 1 minute away. We would recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately if you are staying in either of the studio apartments the other studio and apartment have to walk through your balcony to access their accommodation. Also, Santorini is very on top of itself and the next door set of apartments walk past your balcony making it not as private but it is impossible not to be overlooked in Santorini.

Very friendly and helpful staff, everyone was always there to answer questions and Nicoleta was always in touch to welcome us/ for any feedback we had. Location was excellent, very close to Oia but not right in the center that gets very busy, so it was quiet and relaxing. View from the terrace was amazing and daybed/ spa bath were great. Overall, I felt it was the best option at Santorini for price vs quality. We stayed in a "luxurious" hotel for 2 nights after with a higher price tag and it wasn't that great, staff was unmotivated and rooms not well maintained, I wish we stayed at Aspa for longer instead.

Had to carry luggage up and down so avoid big luggages..as apartment no potter like hotels.

Family owned business so they take care very closely, and the lady owner was super warm and helpful. Very nice view from our private terrace with all modern day equiped apartment and hot tub with beach chairs.

EVERYTHING! The host is so kind and humble, the place is so perfect for transportation and it is not so crowded, the view is great and relaxing, the place is clean and comforting.

Cozy suite with good west - coastal view

Very good view facing to the west coast. Cozy room and nice hottub. Kind owner and quick response to messages. Just in front of the bus stop and 10mins walk to Oia town.

Super stay at Aspa Villas 😍

We had a wonderful stay in one of the Aspa Cave studio that I booked for our wedding anniversary. View from the balcony/private jacuzzi was amazing, the studio was super clean, spacious and well equipped. And we had the surprise to be welcomed with a full fridge and a bottle of local white wine to kick start our stay with a fantastic apéro! Nikoleta & her husband were super friendly , not to mention the two lovely cats that shared some breakfast time with us every morning ! We’ll be back as soon as possible

Not what we expected

The view of the Caldera is amazing and you must have one if you visit Santorini. The host is very friendly and helpful, the check-in process was easy. Comfortable bed. Just 10 minutes walk to the center of Oia.

We were uncertain impressed. One side is the view, but the other is the room itself. The price/value ratio is low. The photos don't describe the true condition. We got the room with a whirlpool inside, from which we noticed a smell of moisture and mold. That concerns also the bathroom, where you see the mold almost everywhere. Bad ventilation in the room which caused the dehumidifier to be placed and you have to clean it everyday by yourself or it stops working. Overall, it is very smelly in the room, what causes the discomfort. The kitchenette was also unpleasant and this situation concerns almost the all facilities. The AC doesn't reach the bedroom, so you sleep with a stagnant oxygen. We had a disagreeable situation, when the chambermaid came and asked us to exit for letting her clean the room. She couldn't speak english. She washed the floor with a nasty rag, after which it went to be very sticky and stinky for about 3-4 hours. The last circumstance was the fact that you get automatic emails from the property, which ask for example about your satisfaction or remind you about the check-out. The problem is that you get them at midnight one day before, it is unacceptable if you have 2 more days to stay. After all, our advice, stay without the view somewhere else or prepare to pay much more.

La mejor opción para tu viaje en Santorini

Ideal para un viaje de desconexión. Hay mucha paz en el lugar. No se escucha nada. Estás a 5/10’ caminando del centro de Oía. El apartamento es literal una cueva. La vista es impresionante… se ve el atardecer perfectamente mientras estás tirado en el jacuzzi. Si necesitás alquilar moto, cuatri o auto en frente hay un Rent a car y podés dejarlo en el aeropuerto. Parada de bus en la esquina. Nikoleta es increíble. Está en todo y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Fuimos por nuestra luna de miel y nos dejó en la mesa un vino con una nota personalizada y varias cosas para degustar dentro de la heladera. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la reserva antes de ir y ella estuvo desde el primer momento en contacto intentando ayudar a que todo se solucione.

Precioso alojamiento con las mejores vistas

Precioso alojamiento en la mejor zona de Oia para alojarse. Muy cerca del centro pero alejado de la zona mas bulliciosa (a la que se accedía caminando en menos de 5 minutos). Las habitaciones tienen una vistas impresionantes, y cuentan con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Nikoleta siempre esta atenta a todo lo que puedas necesitar.
