A wonderful week in a very nice room with the most gorgeous view!

The location is amazing and the view from our room over the Caldera was magical!

The breakfast was terrible. Never had worse at a hotel. We bought our own and put in the hotel room fridge and had breakfast out a couple of days in order to avoid the (prepaid) breakfast.

Beautiful views of the ocean, caldera, and village, facilities were fairly bare bones but overall a pleasant stay

Our room (junior suite with caldera view) was right at the water, with access to a private patio and its own set of table and umbrella. We could see two sides of the caldera with stunning ocean views. Location was great and very convenient as well to visit all the different viewpoints including Oia Castle. The staff helped us with luggage up and down the stairs as well.

Our bathroom had a maintenance issue which resulted in the water not draining adequately and coming into the main room. The staff were prompt to respond but it was too late at night to fix the issue. If you book a shuttle through the hotel and you're paying by card make sure to remind the receptionist before booking because the company they use apparently only has one machine.

Quiet enclave just beside Main Street Oía!

My friend and I loved the location of and views from our room! Sophia made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful with our activity and travel logistics — in particular, she made sure all of our transportation was taken care of, which was a huge relief. Only suggestion is to advertise the views more! We booked this because of one picture that had a slight view of the ocean…we were shocked to find out that we could see the entire cliff side and blue dome from our patio! All-in-all, this was a great place to stay if you want to be in a quiet enclave just next to Main Street Oia and you are looking for a room with a beautiful view.

Quite pleasant, but a little too basic. Great view and location.

The view was excellent and the location good too.

We had to switch to a family room as our daughter decided to join us. Unfortunately only a double bed was provided with one bed side table. The single bed was extremely hard, as was the day bed which I tried one night after struggling with the cramped double. The complimentary breakfast was very average. Toast was not toasted properly, eggs were stone cold. The shower in the bathroom had no door or curtain so the floor was constantly flooded and dangerous. Don't trust the umbrellas by the pool to protect you from the sun. I hid in the shade for a few hours reading and got burnt to a crisp.

Absolutely stunning!!

Armeni Village is the perfect place to stay in Oia, it exceed my expectations in every way! It's a very special place full of character and beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, superb breakfast delivered at requested times every morning to your table, porter service to carry suitcases, 2 pools and sunbeds/umbrellas, wonderful rooms and bathrooms, near buses and taxi rank, and views to die for, whichever room you're in. Main Street is on your doorstep, only about 20 steps away, and they are not too steep...very central and yet very quiet, no noise at all at night. Beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows. Location is spot on, the scenery absolutely breathtaking, and having breakfast on the terrace is just wonderful. The manager Sophia and the staff are welcoming and professional, everything was taken care of very efficiently and they made our stay an absolute pleasure as we had come to celebrate my partner's "big birthday". Every member of staff was friendly and kind, very helpful with transport options and recommendations, we felt relaxed and comfortable and had a fantastic time!

I had booked a JUNIOR SUITE as it was my present for my partner's big birthday, for two reasons: 1-It has a PRIVATE balcony, 2-It has a LARGE double bed When we arrived, we were presented with a SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM which 1-Doesn't have a PRIVATE balcony and 2-It has a REGULAR double bed The differences between the two types of room is clearly specified in the "Room Description", and it was disappointing to arrive and be presented with something inferior to what I had booked, after I had spent months trying to find something that would make my partner's birthday romantic and memorable, and thought I had found it here after seeing pictures of the Junior Suite balcony overlooking the ocean. However, again thanks to Sophia, this situation was resolved immediately. She was very understanding and caring, and handled the matter professionally and efficiently, by relocating us to the Junior Suite with private balcony overlooking the ocean by the next morning, and by regularly checking with me that we were happy with the arrangements and that my partner was comfortable and satisfied, even hours later in the evening after she had finished her day at work. The owners of this establishment are very very lucky to have such a loyal, hard working, and professional manager on site to look after their business, with a great friendly team, and that is the reason why we will be back soon to stay at the beautiful Armeni Village again, they made my dream come true and my partner had the best birthday EVER!! :-)

Memorable will great views and hospitality

Great view of the caldera. Close to sunset/sunrise viewing areas. Sophia and Nicola made our stay comfortable and memorable.

Noisy neighbors, we had unruly guests who caused a ruckus late at night affecting our sleep. Sophia did talk to them and was super apologetic on their behalf.

Amazing rooms with stunning views of the caldera. Good value! Sophia, the manager is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. She arranged transfer and a boat excursion for us. She really made a difference in our stay. Walking distance from restaurants and all atractions in Oia.

Perfect private stay with a view.

Lovely spacious room with private terrace with a view. Room included coffee/tea and bottled water, air-con and humidifier. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and shower had good water pressure. Lounge chairs and bench table options provided on terrace. Sophia was a very helpful host.

Fantastic

What is not to love about this cliffside hotel? I’ll give you an honest rundown of this place. 1) you have the best view of Oia from a shared balcony, I was in room #8 and I couldn’t of asked for more because we had both the best shared view and personal. Don’t worry if you aren’t in that unit you can still get the same instagram pics which no one else will. Cruse ship tours crowds don’t come down into your personal space but trust me you have the shots they won’t! 2) location doesn’t get better, you get your hotel sunset (not true sunset 30min later). Which gives you enough time to see the real sunset at very crowded locations. 3) Sophia and her team are friendly, extremely respectful and accommodating. 4) WiFi: I tested the WiFi speed in my room and around the perimeter and it ranged from 71 mbs - 84mbs. Video chat works fantastic so you have no worries. 5) Property is well kept and clean. There are no red flags on cleanliness as the staff do an amazing job. 6) if you have horrible knees, only ware heals and dress like the nightclub durning the day probably Santorini isn’t the location for your instagram. We had a fantastic stay at Armeni Village! Sophia and Vitaly were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit — they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location is excellent, offering stunning views and easy access to the heart of Oia. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!

Perfect place to stay in Santorini!

This was hands down our favourite hotel in Greece with outstanding hospitality from Sophia and Vitaly. We were met in person from our airport transfer and despite arriving early in the morning, our room was ready (part luck and part outstanding organisation with cleaning it promptly). We were blown away by how private the hotel felt away from the busy street and the incredible views. Sophia was so attentive and made sure we were all set with activities during our time in Santorini. The room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool with what we thought was the best view in Oia. Breakfast was always delicious and delivered to our room. They also made me feel so special on my birthday. We hope to be back again some day! Thank you.

Sophia and Vitaly were SUPER

Staying here was the best thing that happened to us on Santorini! We had the corner suite with caldera views on one side and whitewashed houses on the other. Not to mention the cliffside pool that overlooked the most incredible view we have ever experienced, and the private balcony where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts overlooking the beautiful Aegean sea and caldera. Last but not least, the amazing staff members in Sophia the manager and Vitaly who helped in every way they could including accommodating our last minute request to book a stay here (on the night itself, no less!)

The staff were exceptional. Every single one of them from the wonderful gentleman on reception to the cleaning staff and the guys that brought breakfast were friendly, welcoming and made the stay amazing.

The location was excellent and literally in the heart of Oía. The views and staff were excellent!

The breakfast was great and yummy. Loved eating outside before the heat started. The staff was excellent- the 2 check-in reception staff, the two bell-men staff and the two house cleaning staff literally made our stay worth it!

One complaint was the A/C not working properly. They came after 24 hours to fix it so we weren’t too happy about that. It was definitely overpriced and I can see how this was a 3 star facility.

The location was perfect, it was central to everything! We had rental vehicles that were very easy to park at a nearby lot, we really enjoyed being right on Main St. very accessible to restaurants, coffee shops, and to the bus stop. We reserved three rooms for our family of eight. It was great to start our days with breakfast in our rooms. All were comfortable. We highly recommend doing the hike from Fira to Oía it had amazing views!

It would have been nice to have a shower curtain in one of our rooms, most of my family prefer to shower then sit in a bathtub.
