Within walking distance to many photography spots. Didn't expect November to be so peaceful in Oia.

Room carved into cave, something we never experienced before. 2 of their Pakistani staffs are very helpful 👍🏻 Bus stop just right in front of this suite. Location not too far from main attractions. Many restaurants nearby.

Bed a bit soft, less comfortable for those with backache issue. Washroom quite dim, could be slightly brighter.

We were disappointed of the value for money. We did not have private terrace. It was shared with many other guests. The AC could have been better. Wish there were more electrical outlets. We had to unplug lamps to charge our phones. Electricity went out on last day (not your fault)

Great location walking distance into the restaurant /shopping area . Fabulous views. Excellent facilities . Comfy beds. Staff are absolutely amazing and super helpful, nothing is a problem.

Fabulous views with views of sunset n sunrise right outside my villa .. loved it . Very central to atms , stores , restaurant s , taxi n buses . Breakfast on the porch with the great view and at requested time . Good staff… clean property. Would love to stay again .❤️

Nice stay and location.

Location is good as you are able to pull up in front of property to off load loggage. Short walk int the center of Oia. Staff facilitated bringing luggage down to the room which is down a number of steps. As you are in Oia this is common. View from patio where you have breakfast was excellent. Outside hot tub is steps from your room. Room has a small kitchen facility with cook top, coffee/tea maker, sink, and small fridge. Breakfast is nice and served outside on your shared patio area. Bathroom is decent sized and unit has a seating area and seprate bedroom. Staff was very accomodating.

Window was not able to be closed which allows some noise from common patio area if people are outside taling late., Space is a bit cramped as it is actually a "cave". Drawers, and ability to hang clothes is as such limited. Ceilings/doorways also are low which would cause some issues for tall people. Pool was down a number of steps and is on the small side. There is also a "hole" in the bottom of the pool which could be a safety hazard if someone accidentally stepped in it. It is probbaly for a main drain but should have a plate over it for safety. If you rent a car note that any parking is up the street probably a 7 minute walk. There is a risk during busy times that it may be hard to get a space though we never had a problem.

Peaceful Holiday

We really appreciated the staff — they were attentive, always available, and genuinely made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and everything ran on time, which we also valued a lot.

The only downside was the breakfast: it was exactly the same every single day, with no variety.

Beautiful room, amazing view and excellent location

The location is great, within a very short walking distance to Oia center, and with the most amazing view. The room was very nice and comfortable, great shower room as well with lovely cleaning products provided. Breakfast with a few was great, the selection of food was Ok, enough to fit everyone’s likes. Panos was very communicative ahead of our stay and helped arrange taxis and other things, which was super useful. He definitely made us feel welcome.

The pool, advertised on the site with great pictures, is actually really small and the area around the pool has 2 long chairs and 2 poufs and no space for anything else. It’s minuscule! It’s also a pity it only opens late morning. The area in front of the rooms is a shared space. Our room door opened straight into the lounge/bedroom and the bedroom behind. We ended up having young-ish men smoking cigarettes and watching loud content on their phones sitting in the area just in front of our door, so the smell came into our room and it didn’t feel very nice. We had a hot tub right in front of our door so it didn’t feel very comfortable walking in and out of our room, and into the hot tub with them there all evening, making noise, smell and blocking the view. I may sound precious but for the price we paid for the room I think we could have expected to have just a tiny bit more privacy and no constant cigarette smell. It was disappointing because it is otherwise very beautiful!

Gem in Oia… breathtaking views of Oia and beautiful and cosy property

If you are traveling with older people, note that there are 10-12 high steps to navigate Also some of their suites require to climb 30 steps and you have to clearly write to property if you have challenges in navigating steps. However all effort is totally worth it!

The room was advertised as “Caldera view” but did not have any such. The smell of bleach was so strong it was difficult to go to sleep. The breakfast was very poor quality

Wonderful views, perfect place to stay in Oia!

We loved our stay here. Nice check in experience, wonderful breakfast setting, cave room is unique, views from breakfast & the pool were awesome. Just a short walk away from Oia Main Street. Overall, one of the best places to stay in Santorini and Oia area.

It’s a bit expensive but I guess that’s the usual price range for that location & upscale setting.

Great stay , recommend to friends and family

The location is exceptional . The staff was quite accommodating to our early check-in request. They took extra pains to ensure the room was ready as we had to rush off for a tour early. The room was clean and we loved our stay . We missed BF and one of teh staff members did offer to bring coffee for us .

Couple of things 1) The shared balcony was a problem . Our neighbours occupied the seat for several hours in the balcony seat in front of our room so we had to use the seats on the next room and so when they came out they had move around. 2) All the umbrellas were not opening up correctly 3) We missed Breakfast as we slept in :) . But Our intention was to enjoy a BF so unless otherwise notified , can you all knock on the door as a reminder to the guests that BF is wrapping up .

Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay at Alexander Suites. Aquib and Esan were wonderfully welcoming and helpful. The location is great for easy entry into the high street or Oia and also easy access to Fira and Akrotiri in the South. We had a private hot tub and whilst most of Oia is exposed, our suite was nicely tucked away under Bougainvillea flowers giving us privacy. Really enjoyed the breakfast which was brought to us every morning.

Fantastic stay, brilliant location, stunning views.

Fantastic stay! Perfect location, and staff couldn’t do enough for you. We stayed in the grand suite and it was brilliant. Plenty room, perfect views and very private. We asked for a floating breakfast as we were visiting for a special occasion and this was delivered perfectly.

Only future suggestion would be a padlock for the hot tub lid that guests at grand suite have. As the room next door attempted many times to use a hot tub that they knew wasn’t for their room.

Caldera view, white washed stay - apt for Oia region stay with hottub

Location was so apt for the stay in Oia region with Caldera view and Hottub. Oia square and other tourist spots are walkable via marble street and reached within 10-15 minutes. Staff helped to get our bags to the suites, which is about 10 steps down. View from the stay is incomparable.

Staff could have been more cordial to speak to guests. We didn’t felt that they are approachable to ask for any questions. They made sure the facilities were great. Special requests (complimentary decorations) were not considered even though on the messages- they said they will arrange for it. TV units is small and not many channels to tune into, which you might need when staying for longer days. Not smart TV. Parking to be made on street, 500-600m away which is fine but might be busier to find it during peak season (or to be found on other parts of Oia Main Street)

The property is very unique in that you are in a cave and you step out your front door to breathtaking scenery.

The only downside were the steps which were quite uneven in places and would not be suitable for elderly people.

Room photos on the website are not representative of the actual room. Room facilities for Family room suite mentioned on booking.com says about plunge pool, but there was nothing. TV also was not working.

We had booked 2 rooms . 2nd room was upgraded for free at reception to include hot tub. Really appreciate the kind gesture. The views from the location were just out of the world.

The location was toward the end of Oia town, which kept it quieter and easier to reach by car/taxi/bus. It was walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and sunset. Breakfast was served with beautiful views. The rooms were more old-world decor and I loved that, not one of the fancy modern properties.

The patio had amazing views of the caldera, but the patio was shared with some of the other rooms.
