Amazing staff, could do with some money spent on hotel to update a little bit
Cleanliness of bathroom, which was recleaned, very lumpy mattress, they provided an extra quilt, which made it less lumpy

The staff were very polite, approachable and helpfull. Even the information notices were informal and friendly.
My room and bedding were clean and tidy. The room was ready before the agreed time.
The full english breakfast was top quality for a reasonable price. They stocked my favourite malbec red wine at a very reasonable price.
The front of the hotel looked out at the sea.
The building is in need of maintenance. My room was on the top floor. There is no lift and the stairs are steep and narrow.
My room had a shared bathroom and toilet. I was aware of this prior to my booking and this was reflected in the price.
My room looked out of the back of the hotel, facing a car park and the roofs of a number of houses.

Near the sea front. Clean. Spacious really.
The keys. There was one key for the front door, and one for the room. They both looked identical pretty much, and I think that they must have been newly cut because they wreren't very easy to fit into the locks. This made it quite difficult to enter the premises. Anyway, I think that a simple for fitted to one of the keys would make it much easier to tell the two apart.
