Hotel Centro Cavour Roma

It was in a great location to what we wanted to see

Beds weren’t separate but they fixed this the next day. Unfortunately distance to cruise terminal was not what expected

The location is great in the city centre , the rest have good food

The breakfast menu needs to be updated

The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the rooms cleaned daily. It was a great location for getting about to see the sites.

A larger lounge area downstairs would have been nice. The shower room was a bit small.

The staff were polite and helpful. The air conditioning worked.

Very little was offered in the way of service. The room was far too brightly lit with blue-white LEDs in the ceiling. There was a dangerous (unmarked) step as one enters the room. The toilet seat was broken as was the closet door handle. All of that would have been acceptable at lower price point. But at the price I paid the value was very low. The only real saving grace was the staff who were good hearted but inexperienced.
