The location was excellent within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and some of the other important sites of Rome.
The complicated technical system for entry. To have to download yet another App is frustrating for us oldies. There were some small maintenance issues which we assume the hosts have now fixed.

The room was pretty and very well located. We really enjoyed our stayed.
It was noisy at night and very early in the morning.

Was a decent stay, but nothing more than that. Beds and pillows not too comfortable and there was a bad smell in the bathroom (stayed in room 4). Windows isolated noice very nicely from the street, but you could hear everything happening in the hallway and loud guests in other rooms. Nice location and self-check in worked nicely.
